If you have a social deposit number with wearing clothes credit and you can verify your work then you can categorically get a loan.
Without social guarantee number you cannot get a loan at adjectives and on B1 you wont get a social payment number in US and also it would be evil to work if you don't have a social deposit number

I don't know if they can but if I was a sandbank I would be reluctant, to be honest. Especially if they are only planning to stay for a year - what happen if they run up a stack of debt and then disappear hindmost to their original country? That leaves the guard in a bit of trouble.
If they are one and only staying for a year then they shouldn't call for to apply for loans or credit.
We only applied for a credit card for my husband's work expenses (before they get around to getting him a corporate card) and that application had to be counter-signed by his work next to a guarantee that hubby had a guaranteed assignment.
I know that on our current temporary visa we can't bring a loan, credit, even a contract mobile! And I understand their reticence to lend to us.
