Can someone give a hand me near my Credit Report?

I need back on how to respond to this in writing.

I am extremely distressed at this moment. I enjoy been actively trying to clear up my credit, and to my dismay the credit bureaus are not accurate within their investigations. For instances, Applied Bank states that I opened a credit card near them back surrounded by 2002, which is untrue. Once the investigation was done, the bureau come back beside the information the same beside Applied Bank, so I decided to write Applied Bank requesting to prove that it be indeed my information that opened this article. Applied Bank writes back stating that they want information from me and they disallow to answer my questions or distribute me any ID that was used to open out this account. The guard wants me to distribute my license and ss#, which is not right. I really feel that they do not own any information as to who opened the side and this is just a mode to try to pin it on me.

Credit Limit Increase?

Answers:   The problem with identity stealing is that it puts the burden of proof on everybody. The bank have to safeguard their information in travel case you are trying to obtain information illegitimately. They don't know who you are, just who you claim to be. They would be sloppy if they just hand over the account information to anyone who requested it.

Unfortunately, this money that you cannot prove that you are the victim of identity raid if that is indeed the luggage. Therefore you will be required to provide the information they have requested if you want to take to the bottom of this mystery.

Filing a dispute with the credit bureaus is a losing fight in most cases as they are commonly going to side with the company reporting the information. This is cheaper and easier for them than in reality conducting an investigation as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. (Please always remember, the credit bureaus are NOT your friend, they are merely a group family trying to make money by selling your dub 100,000 times per day. They do NOT prudence about you nor do they hold your best interest in mind. They ONLY want to get money at your expense.)

Even though the burden of proof is supposed to be on the credit bureaus, they have the common population believing that the burden of proof is on YOU! This simply is NOT true. You may have to shift round after round with them, and you may come to an end up hiring a professional to assist you, but if you are persistant and don't back down, you WILL win within the end. Just don't contribute up.

You should write to the credit bureaus and send them a copy of your credit report showing the disputed story (circle it). State in your memo that this is not your account and request that they remove it from you credit report. They will convey you an updated CR in 30 days near the disputed account removed. If they don't, after you need to contact Applied Bank and verify that your information next to them. The bank of late wants to verify who YOU are past they do any investigation into your request for validation of the debt.
