You can fix MOST of your credit problems if you simply spend some time educating yourself. The process is not that difficult.
1) Get a copy of your credit report. You can't get out of debt in need a roadmap.
2) Work on getting items removed from your report. Dispute them, look for any minor errors on your reports (you will find lots of them).
3) Demand validation of all your debt.
4) Contact your creditors and donate to pay, but singular if they agree IN WRITING to delete the information from your report. Note that paying a debt does NOT get gloomy information removed, and your credit will still suck.
5) Understand that there is no "illusion bullet" in fixing your credit. It's going to nick several months, lots of care transcription keeping, and some negotiating skills.

It will take some time but if you hold on to your current bills paid in good time and not applying for every credit and loan out there, contained by time your score will upgrade. The only dawdle to get approved for apartments and loans is that you have need of a real worthy co-signer or you have to money a huge down payment. This is a lesson studious!!
most defiantley it can be fixed would it be perfect no, but I one-sidedly used a credit repair letter given to me by a credit repair company and took my mark from a 550 up to a 690, it took about 6 months but I removed, judements, import tax liens and bad credit cards. This be around 6 years ago and now in that is even more loop holes that make things come bad. Why pay someone to do it when you can do it yourself. There really are legal and legal things you can do to reorganize your credit. This is the best credit repair kit I enjoy come across so far. It is at www.CreditTrix.info
