Can folks shift to detain for not paying rotten here credit cards or judgment?

I pay my bills in good time regualry but when i was 18 -20 years antediluvian i just stopped paying on my 7 cards. i get a judgement on me now and stopped paying the $40 a month but still owe going on for two thousand and something more dollars on it. since it's a judgement will i get arrested oneday, will they coem trimmings my belongings, ect. i cannot afford to keep paying that for the subsequent 3 or 4 years.what is likely to surface?

What are my rights as a borrower on my saloon loan, as far as delinquency?

Answers:   you cant be arrested for not paying a judgment. however they can dance back to court and frills any wages, bank accounts, assets etc along next to putting liens on your house and or cars etc.

well if you move about to jail at tiniest you will have free room and board -- no they will not contribute your that benefit but they can and will get another court establish and attach your wages and levy any real or personal property you own! so in the ending you will be better off within jail! No. Debtor Prisons be abolished a long long time ago.
