say you file chapter 7, u did the credit counsling, you went to court and spoke to the trustee(s) and they approved you for a discharge, can you later say 2 months then just travel and add brand new debt, before it get discharged?
Answers: If you had this debt until that time you filed (just forgot to include it), consequently yes you can add it.
If you file, then run up new debt, you can not append that to your BK.

anything out, because whatever wasnt
on near I would still be responsabile for
paying, so I aslked for my credit report
and put in adjectives my debts to get a fresh
start, im still kinda worried, I dont want to
