I and my Visa Debit card are based surrounded by the USA.
Amazon Japan accepts my music CD transaction but can't authorize because Amazon doesn't use CVV, but it's required by my Visa for international/foreign (outside USA) transactions.
I can use it on Amazon.com (USA) only just fine.
Neither Amazon nor my Visa are flexible on their approach to CVV.
It boils down to needing a credit card base in Japan, or one that doesn't require CVV, or one which allows me to 'pre-authorize' the transaction previously Amazon Japan attempts to do so.
Are there such cards or services ?
