Due to some extent to bad result when I was 19, several years ago, and due to a degree to bad luck--I have medical issues which cost money and prevented me from working to some extent--I became aft on my credit card bills, the fees made the balance skyrocket, and I be screwed.
About a year ago one of them filed a shrewdness for wage garnishments. I wasn't involved in the process per se, they found out where on earth I worked, filed the pronouncement, and the garnishment started coming out. Shortly after another card filed a acumen, so they were waiting contained by line losing the first one.
Three months ago I changed jobs. I expected that soon after, as they did next to the other job, they would find where on earth I worked and begin garnishments. But it hasn't happen.
I was never expressly told to notify them if I changed job. Again, they did all the work the first time. Do they requirement to file a fresh judgment very soon that I have a latest job, or am I contained by trouble for not following up?
Answers: sorry you are in trouble -- when they do capture you - and the will -- the late fees and make the addition of interest will wipe out any of the payments you own all in position made!!
