I was reported to ChexSystems by Bank of America closing year, due to some circumstances out of my control. I went online a open out an account beside Bank of America, and my application was approved.

First..Bank of America reported you to ChexSystems because you had a delienquency on your information. NSF check, too many nsf's and you don't state whether you salaried it or not. Sounds like Bank of America open an account for you on devout faith, what they nickname a "second chance" account, so if you owe them any money, take-home pay it. When they opened the reason they should have run a credit check on you and it would have shown that you be reported. If you're that worried about putting the money within the bank, appointment them and find out before you do it.they are used to citizens calling about these things. Wouldn't you fairly be safe than sorry, and you can straighten out this mess today. i also ponder bank of america checked near chexsystems before your application be approved... so i don't think you'd own to worry nearly it... but if anything goes wrong, i suggest you try getting more information nearly second chance checking...
