Hi, hope someone can help, some collector LVNV Funding tried to hold me to court for some CC debt but never even bothered to show up in court to show the evidence I requested and the bag was dismissed for no show...very soon it seems that they sold this portrayal to another collection firm that is trying to collect on this and also threat me to transport me to court, can they do this? even though this same debt collection attempt by the previous was dismissed?
