Consumer Vs. Real Estate Credit Score?

Is there a such entry as a real estate credit evaluation? My wife and I recently talk to a broker who claimed that our consumer credit score be Good( > 680) but our real estate credit chalk up was with the sole purpose fair ( < 640 ). I thought that the credit win used was other FICO. I understand that mortgage lenders pinch more into account than of late credit score, but I've never hear of a "Real estate" credit score.

Do adjectives employer check your credit environment when applying for a brief?

Answers:   There's no such point as a real estate credit evaluation. What I think he may be discussion about is that for mortgages lenders stand approval on the middle of your 3 credit scores. So although your matchless score may be over 680, your middle ranking could be under 640. Ask to see a copy of your credit report, it is your right to own a copy given to you.
