Credit Question?

I have an outstanding go together of $774.00 which is owed to a collection agency for a surgery I recieved. It went into collections around november of 2002. It say on my credit report and I quote:

"This account will remain on history until Nov. 2008"

I was curious, if this amount go unpaid, will the debt simply be wiped verbs? Or will it be wiped verbs with a durable black mark on my credit? Or will it be wipe off my diary at all?

I'm a moment or two confused on how this works.

How can a entity not qualify for barnkruptcy near over $200,000 contained by debt?

Answers:   No debts are wiped verbs.

A debt remains a debt till you either do one of the following:

1) declare bankruptcy
2) making a settlement
3) debt consolidation
3) making the full settlement

Again to answer your question, it will give up a bad carve the moment you default, whether it be unpunctually or past due.

It will not be wipe off narrative because the bureaus have a notes retention period, import the information is kept on file for a few years (i cogitate 3) until it is wiped sour, but you'd have to hold paid it or enjoy done one of the following mentioned above for it to be truly removed, such alternation are made when the matter is resolved.

Hope this help.
