Creditor coming after me when the debt have be discharged?

A creditor got a judgement against me and I file for bankruptcy. The debt be discharged. I looked it up on the local court record website, I live surrounded by maryland, and it says it have been dismissed. They sent me a dispatch saying that they get a judgement against me on the same morning the courts said it was dismissed. The communiqu¨¦ came from the actual company not a collections agency. What is my recourse? Do I newly send them a copy of the ruin papers or can I do something about them outright lying. Thanks!

What is the best passageway to go and get a problem next to a credit report fixed?

Answers:   Ask them for a copy of their judgement.
If they can not supply it afterwards sue them.
I think it is adjectives to threaten a law suit.
It is of late better to take bustle.

Your state has it's own edition of a FDCPA that includes original creditors surrounded by all aspects (except validation requests)

With that message they have violated at least possible one of your states laws (since their infringement is in writing, you may be capable of file against them for it):
14-202. Certain act prohibited.
(8) Claim, attempt, or threaten to enforce a right with understanding that the right does not exist; or...

Make a copy of that letter and speak next to your bankruptcy attorney in the order of it and also to see if they violated any of your states bankruptcy law.

Can I prevent my wages from human being garnish?

Send them a copy of the discharge in collapse and let them know if they contact you again you will database a complaint with the bankrutcy court asking for judgement against them. Harrassing a character after the debt is discharged can get you a money settlement against the creditor. This is a honourable question for your Lawyer.
