Bankruptcies stay on your report for 10 years.

Judgments stay on for 7 years, regardless if paid or not.

Please do your research and read the Fair Credit Reporting Act, unless you close to me constantly point out and correcting your poor answers.

They don't take 7 years, thats a ruin, judgments will stay on your report until
1. you payment it off and request the company remove the sensitivity
2. If it is a tax verdict & Paid they will list on the report when it will come sour
3. If it is never paid afterwards consider it permanent or 10 years

7 years on report, unless they are bought by another company, which can dishonestly keep posting to your report after 7 yrs. Its up to the consumer to hold on to track of their credit report accuracies.
