Ebay: does the disapperance of a unpaid item surrounded by my ebay summary niggardly that the merchant have cancelled the bid?

I won several items on ebay from one seller and the postage cost amounted to sophisticated then what he have listed the hoard would be if I ordered more then one. I emailed the trader and was contacted once after several days to which I replied and over several days later clich¨¦ he couldn't track my order. I hold emailed him countless times after that about my instructions asking him about it as I didn't preference to drag out payment but no reply from him. There be one reminder that I had not salaried for the items. One month after I recieved my invoice the option to pay cheque for the item disappeared from my ebay summary.

question: does this be determined he has cancelled my bid? Am I surrounded by breach of unpaid item policy? Will I recieve an unpaid item strike?
