Im working with a financial lend group in Paramus NJ they say-so that after revewing my application they can approve me for a loan but I have to provide the first 5 months of payments upfront I call for to have it by a guaranteed date they claim it is a time sensitive loan is anyone familiar beside Fieldgate Financial Lending Group (in Paramus New Jersey)? They are registered with BBB but they suggest to check their refrences even though within are no complaints on them in the finishing 36 months. Does anyone have any proposal to where I can look subsequent I need to know ASAP. Thanks
Answers: I deal with this company in relation to a business loan. I paid them the first four month's payments contained by the amount of $1,200. On the day that the money be supposed to be transfered into my account, I call them and was told that they have a made an error with their lender and it be actually going to run another $1,200 to secure the loan, but they would dispense me an additional $4,000 on the loan.
Here's the entity...if they first financial agreement that they sent me and that was signed by their company CEO wasn't followed through, why would the subsequent one be legitimate?
Also..pretty interesting how adjectives of their customer service reps (4 that I spoke with) all enjoy different names but their voice sound exactly alike.
I told them they wanted my money put money on and they said a check would be sent to me within 15-20 days. I will probably never see this money again.
I call the BBB and the Paramus, NJ Police Department to file complaints.
Fieldgate Financial Lenders = SCAM
1. The BBB also say that they just open the file surrounded by May 2008 (this month), so the reason that in attendance are not yet any complaints is that the wallet has not be open long adequate. It takes weeks or months until that time a complaint is entered.
2. The BBB also say "it's against the law [for them] to ask you to recompense - or accept gift - for their services until you get your loan or credit."
You'll enjoy to provide the first 5 months payments upfront before your find the loan? Time sensitive? Sounds V E R Y fishy. Run!!
