I have a charge lien file by KS on property I own within TX. I salaried the lien ultimate year; how do I go and get it bad credit?

Collection Agency Question ?

Answers:   The problem is that the FCRA allows tax liens to remain on your report for 7 years.

"Paid duty liens which, from date of payment, antedate the report by more than seven
years." (FCRA Section 805)

It will show salaried on the report but it will still be a negative item.

You can try disputing it and hope for an incompetent bureau clerk (oh yes, here are many of them).who screw up the verification.

If you own moved to a new address try disputing it as "not yours".

I am looking for a personal loan.?

I work for a establishment entity so our rules may be different than businesses that do liens. We d not report to cedit bureaus, a bit the credit bureaus get the info from the courts where on earth lien was file. We can provide a copy of a lien withdrawal or release, but the human being would need to contact the credit bureau(s) and dispatch them a copy of that document. The credit bureaus may either remove, or show as resolved... it may not necessarily "come off" the narrative. If your Tax Lien from KS has be paid rotten, then your tariff lien should be removed or released within 30 days, and should be removed from your credit report. If it is not, you should try working beside tax specialists who can put together sure it is removed from the credit. I had alike problem, and I ended up using this company because my friend have a good experience near them but I am sure their are plenty out there:

Is collapse my best picking after 2 credit card judgements and 3 charge-off accounts?

Write a emergency letter to the company that liened you to remove the item from your credit report within 30 days. You can't get it bad, but you should by able to get hold of it changed to "paid" status.
