I signed this contract on the 3rd and immediately on the 21st they said I didn't qualify for their financing program. I also agreed to a certain amount as a down reimbursement in another form. My problem here is they took, w/out me acknowledge, my old product when they not here, I'm looking for advice on what I can do almost this situation.
Answers: You are talking in the order of 2 different things. #1 - you signed an installment contract - meaning you agreed to purchase a product from the company and own it installed. #2 - you requested a credit line to cover #1 but you be denied.
You are still responsible for the payment for #1.
Lesson to be well-read is to make sure you can payment for the item BEFORE it is purchased.
I don't know what we're talking almost here, but the value of doesn`t matter what you bought and whatever they took next to them will weigh heavily for how you proceed.
You need to read your contract to determine if your purchase is contingent upon credit approval. If it is (and it probably is), you're home free as far as man obligated to purchase the item.
As for getting your old item hindmost, if they acknowledge they took it, ask for it back. If they deny they took it, you own to be able to prove they took it (receipt, adjectives practice for them, etc) to really be able to do anything.
If here is a large amount of $ at stake here, you should communicate to a lawyer if your attempts to settlement with them directly don't bring back you anywhere.
