I just recieved 3 DVDs within the mail as a sign of joining ch.com. I be charged 9.95 for joining. The only problem is... I didn't do this. Someone else must hold gotten my credit card number somehow. I don't know how to contact these people or what I should do. Help!!

Notify them it's false and that you are returning the DVDs and to please note the vindication cancelled so you don't get auto shipments and stuff.
