I want to jump vertebrae to university, but I am contained by so much debt.?

I want to go to institution to become an esthetician, but I have $30,000 surrounded by credit card debt. The school is resembling $12,000 I really want to go to conservatory so I can actually hold a career and hold a job I certainly like. Should I hang around until I am out of debt? Which that can take years. Or should I step to school very soon and try and make adjectives my payments. I am currently trying to pay my debt down, so what do you give attention to I should do?
