I'm sure this is repeating others, but I want to clarify my situation. Hubby-to-be has frequent collections on his report that I'm trying to clear up. Most of them can be paid, but we're not made of money We get a copy of his credit report, which gives estimated date of when the items will be removed. Does this mean whether they are rewarded or not, they are removed? For instance, one that hasn't been rewarded is due to fall rotten on 4/2007. Will this actually take place, or will it somehow stay on for another 7 years? I never had to treaty with this on my own credit report as adjectives my mistakes were made when I be 18/19 or so. Also, with medical collections, are those shown on his credit report if pulled by a guard or something like that? My apprehension was that it wouldn't, but who really know? I'm sure it affects his score, but I don't know if it can truly be seen. Thanks!

Medical collections show up on your credit only like everything else. The angelic thing in the order of that though, is depending on your situation, and how much you owe, you can file for medical ruin. It effects your credit differently then reg. liquidation. I know this because I am about 200k surrounded by debt with medical bills, and am looking into this.
As for the 7 year entry, a financial expert told me that things don't actualy get taken bad your credit, the companies just can't try to collect them anymore. One problem next to that though is in this morning and age most collection agencies sell unpaid debts after a moment, which resets the clock, so the 7 year time period from time to time ever gets a break to actualy come to be. Its borderline illegal, and if you can prove fraud, and win a good plenty attorney, you can have your debt written stale, the agency fined, AND get compensated money. Its worth looking into depending on your debt.
One thing I do want to point out though, if you are trying to clear up your hubby to be's debts back you get maried so it won't affect you, thats really not nessary. As long as the debts be made BEFORE you guys go married, its his responsibility not yours.
sometimes medical collections are see if they remain unpaid it depends on the company that you owe. also some credit collections are removed from your report even if unpaid but that is also up to the personage that you owe. i've had collections that be scheduled to be removed that be removed but i have also have some that the company i owed put back on the credit report for another 7 years so it purely depends.

I don't know about the medical, but as for the 7 years, let say its reported as doomed to failure debt with the ridge he originally got the credit card (i.e. chase sandbank, washington mutual, wells fargo, etc) they transport it to outside collections, that company can report it for 7 years, and if that company decides to put up for sale it, that can stay, it depends on the size of the debt if they are wanting to continue collection hard work
Medical collections will show up but they may not be marked as "medical." The 7 year time of year is mandated by federal imperative, so the collections should automatically come off. Get a copy of your report going on for 4 - 6 weeks after the 7 years is up and if they are not gone, file a dispute near the credit bureau.

its the solely place you can get one for free its the ones you are entitled to by ruling, unless you have be denied credit, insurance or a job.(you can get hold of a free one in that grip too) you do not have to buy anything, its your free credit reports you obtain by law
credit score are not free, there is no imperative that they have to confer you one. however i have found the cheapest score at the link when you bring back your free credit report
Beware of all the pattern sites offering a "free" credit report. Unless you go directly to Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion, you are signing up for a credit survey service, which may cost $79 or more per year. I believe the credit reporting agencies are still required by the government to pass everyone one free report per year, no strings attached. If you are turned down for credit by anyone, you are also entitled to a free report within 30 days.
You hold to go through one of the three credit bureaus and purchase something that give you credit report. Even from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion you do have to pay envelope to recieve your credit report. You will have to income something $20 +/- and sign up for service to recieve your credit report.

phone your mother in law social worker and get them to explain the reason. it could be because of the Easter holiday.

go to social protection office or phone call them.or call or move about see if check was direct deposited at the ridge.if check was stolen out of correspondence box,start having check direct deposited at her guard,that way it will other be there when she requests it out.ss can set up this direct deposit for her.take a cancelled check beside you or a deposit check.good luck.
