Can adding up a soul who have doomed to failure credit on my credit card aid them boost their credit contained by the long run?

Question:
can adding a human being who has doomed to failure credit on my credit card help them develop their credit in the long run? do the credit report agency count that?

please hint any sources you may know regarding this faddy subject..thanks

Answer:
Yes it will minister to them. It will also screw you. Personally, I don't think it's worth it to mess up your own personal credit. Not even for a spouse. (Yes, you can mitigate your spouse's credit to a degree- trust me ;)
yes to some extent
No, you are still the primary on the CC and you would achieve the report on the use and payment of the bills. The simply thing that could begin is that you will get significant bills that you can not afford because this person can not control their spending conduct. This could wreck you credit rating. Run as fast and as far away as you can.
No by adding together a person to your credit card will not raise their credit in the long run, because you are the one name on the credit card. Why would you want to add a personage that has doomed to failure credit? You can add lots of inhabitants on your credit card and the only one explicitly responsible for that credit card is you. They can add charges but you call for to pay it sour.
It is totally absurd that you would incorporate people to your credit card.
The family that do not pay will eventually drag you down.
Sorry!
I am not sure which country you are from. In most cases the responsibility lies beside the principle card holder. The banks or card issuer doesn't concern much roughly speaking the sub card holder.
On the other hand if your sub card holder fail to keep next to payments you could be in trouble.
Yes, however, are they trustworthy to place on your credit card? Why not carry them to apply for a "Bad Credit Credit Card"?

There is even alternatives to credit cards: http://www.mycreditapply.com/articles/al...
Small steps like paying your bills prompt and using only part of a set of the credit available to you. Also use your credit cards for making small payments regularly, so that it is reflected surrounded by your credit record. More tips available at http://www.acreditlibrary.com/buildcredi...

Has anyone read the article on Yahoo today roughly how adjectives credit repair companies are adjectives frauds?

Question:
Do you think it's true? The SmartMoney.com article be very damning. I use a credit repair service and am incredibly satisfied so the article confused me.

Answer:
According to the article posted on Yahoo! today, SmartMoney.com reports that the FTC claims that ALL credit repair companies are frauds. According to them, we are frauds because we charge family to do something they can do themselves for a lot smaller quantity money.

While it is true that credit repair can be done by each entity on their own, and yes, I admit, we do charge folks money for our services, there are two things I reason are important for empire to understand.

The first entry that is of supreme pressure is that the FTC believes that ALL people who provide services to Americans are frauds. Here is why I believe this is their assessment. The company I work for, Northwest Business Advisors, LLC, provides the service of credit restoration. The average person can also do their own credit restoration. According to the FTC this make us frauds. But, to follow this logic further, I, as an average person can also repair my saloon when it breaks down. Mechanics charge me money to do something I can do for myself a lot cheaper. This make mechanics frauds, too by the FTC definition. When January comes around, I take my taxes to a tariff preparation specialist. I, as an average person, am fairly capable of preparing my own taxes. Tax preparation specialists charge me lots of money to do something I can do for myself. The FTC must also judge they are frauds. When I need money to purchase a house, I turn to a mortgage broker to obtain a loan. They charge me money for this service that I am relatively capable of performing on my own. Mortgage brokers must be frauds also. I use a realtor to relief me find a home. I can find a home on my own. A realtor also gets salaried to perform this service. Realtors are also frauds according to the FTC.

Ok, you should achieve my point by now. But here is one other point that I would approaching to make. Even though I can do adjectives those things myself, when I use a professional I always hold greater success contained by obtaining my goal. A mechanic knows cars better than I do, so he will enjoy greater success at repairing it. A mortgage broker know the market better than I do so she can go and get me a better rate than I could on my own. A realtor understands what I want surrounded by a home so he finds just what I am looking for fairly than me finding something that I will settle for. The tax preparation specialist know tax law better than I do so she can get me a better repayment. Credit restoration professionals know credit repair laws better than the average character so they will have greater nouns at the process.

But, here is something of interest from that article. Consumer Credit Counseling Services called those of us surrounded by the credit restoration business, "bad, impossible people." Now let's look at this further. The CCCS is a fraudulant business by the FTC definition of fraud because they charge people to do something the average personage can do for themselves. HOWEVER, it should be noted that when the CCCS is finished with you, your credit is even WORSE than when they started near you. Their process works, don't get me wrong, and I support them 100% for adjectives the good they own done for millions of people. However, their process totally devastates a person's credit for a long time. CCCS looks worse on a person's credit report than a collapse.

Now, the allegedly fraudulant service that we "bad, discouraging people" provide for Americans leaves them with the best possible credit rack up they can have. They can qualify for mortgages, purchase LOW INTEREST loans to pay rotten those high interest debts that are cause them problems in the first place, attain better interest rates on credit cards, and on, and on. The benefits of our services are incalculable to the client. Gosh, I wish I wasn't such a "unpromising, bad character."

So I think the FTC can, within the infamous words of Bart Simpson, "Eat my shorts" when it comes to their opinion of my dash of work. I take great pride surrounded by knowing that I can help a soul qualify for a mortgage even though they have be told NO by a broker. I am proud of the fact that only just this year alone, I have help more than a dozen families squirrel away their homes from foreclosure because of the service our company provides. I don't go around recounting the FTC that they are frauds because they get salaried a lot of money to ring hard working Americans frauds. I can give the name a person a fraud for profoundly less money. So the FTC must be fraudulent. I niggardly, after all, they run into their OWN definition of fraud.

By the way, if you want to see a copy of the Credit Repair Organizations Act specifically refered to so frequently in the article, it can be found on my website. We are not afraid of the regulation because we are in complete compliance next to the law and ALL FTC regulations on the subject of the conduct of credit repair firms.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope you have enjoy it. Feel free to pass this on to the FTC.

If you own any further questions in relation to credit restoration and want to know the TRUTH and not some propaganda spouted by uneducated mistrust mongers, you may contact me at nebula7693@yahoo.com

Added April 27th, 2007.

Studly, my clients are ALL made aware of their rights under the canon. Their rights are even put in the contract they sign. We are so confident surrounded by our services, we even tell the clients how to sue us, IN WRITING. I am not concerned beside word of mouth, our company has be in business for over 13 years very soon. We are one of the Nation's largest firms. You don't get that method by being a scam.

But, have said that, I would point out that yes, indeed, there are some scam artists out in that. I have be on YA for awhile and I ALWAYS promote due dilligence and even educate society on how to do their due dilligence. However, to have my own administration tell me that I, a not easy working, tax paying, regulation abiding, war seasoned veteran, am a scam artist simply so they can rationale fear amongst my fellow citizens, is, as far as I am concerned, unwarranted and treasonous. I NEVER within all my years expected my establishment to behave in such an irresponsible comportment.

To answer your other questions, NO we will not brand name any guarantees as to how many points we can put on a pedestal a credit score. You would be asking me to commit an unfair act. In this country, it is ILLEGAL for any credit repair firm to guarantee any singular results. The guarantee our company offers is that if we don't do the work, we don't get hold of paid.

I am an honorable soul, so please forgive me if I become upset when my government tell the nation that I am not. It is upsetting to say the least possible.

However, I will breathe and chill. That is good counsel! :)
Robert makes valid points, however the industry have been spoiled by the businesses that did nothing but convey multuiple disputes in the hope of removing them from your credit. Don't fool yourself. If you didn't earnings your bills there is zilch Robert or his company can do for you. His group CAN help if you hold ligimate errors and it IS a good service. Remember individual time and good financial running can fix credit. No one likes audible range it, but paying your bills and not maxing out credit is the best long term solution.
YES!! You are your own credit repair, a company can't do anything you can't do. My article below explains you are your own credit repair and credit governor.
Robert....take a vast breath and chill out!

The FACT is that the vast majority of credit repair agencies are not worth the time or trouble, and can do more injure then dutiful. This comes from my own first hand comprehension and observations from people who hold "been there".

The FACT is in that are a lot of ill-trained mechanics, due preparers, contractors, lawyers, and several other "professionals". If they were adjectives fair and honest they would not stipulation to be regulated. Same goes next to Credit Repair Agencies.

And just close to all of these other professionals, it's still "agree to the buyer beware".

I have a extremely simple test. If the credit repair agency will stuff out a contract guaranteeing everything they claim....IN WRITING...then budge for it.

You state: "Now, the allegedly fraudulant service that we "bad, fruitless people" provide for Americans leaves them with the best possible credit mark they can have. They can qualify for mortgages, attain LOW INTEREST loans to pay past its sell-by date those high interest debts that are cause them problems in the first place, draw from better interest rates on credit cards, and on, and on. The benefits of our services are incalculable to the client. "

Do YOU put these claims in writing? Will YOUR services echo on your clients credit reports? Can YOU lower people's debt by 60% as your competitors claim? Can YOU raise their credit ratings by "at least possible 75 points" as I've seen advertise? Do you accept any money since you meet these objectives for your clients?

So for presently, chill out! If you are as good as you claim, word of mouth will take you tons of clients. Realize the fact that you enjoy chosen a field loaded beside scam artists and you are going to be labeled the same bearing. But if you are really as good as you claim, you own nothing to verbs about.

Same go for many mechanics, import tax preparers, lawyers, and contractors. Why do you expect special treatment?
The beef something like credit repair services is that they are charging for something you can do for free.

The only sense to use a credit repair service is if you simply have no time to do it yourself.

I do not get the impression they are scam, but they do make allot of money rotten of people who could own done it themselves, but where convinced it be too difficult.

External debt (or foreign debt) is that chunk of the total debt in a country explicitly owed to creditors outside the country. The debtors can be the government, corporations or private households. The debt includes money owed to private commercial bank, other governments, or international financial institutions such as the IMF and World Bank.

IMF define it as "Gross external debt, at any given time, is the outstanding amount of those actual current, and not contingent, liabilities that require payment(s) of principal and/or interest by the debtor at some point(s) within the future and that are owed to nonresidents by residents of an discount."[1]

In this definition, IMF defines the push button elements as follows; (a) Outstanding and Actual Current Liabilities: For this purpose, the decisive consideration is whether a creditor owns a claim on the debtor. Here debt liability include arrears of both principal and interest. (b) Principal and Interest: When this cost is paid periodically, as commonly occur, it is known as an interest compensation. All other payments of economic worth by the debtor to the creditor that reduce the principal amount outstanding are agreed as principal payments. However, the definition of external debt does not distinguish between whether the payments that are required are principal or interest, or both. Also, the definition does not specify that the timing of the future payments of principal and/or interest want be known for a liability to be classified as debt. (c) Residence: To qualify as external debt, the debt liability must be owed by a resident to a nonresident. Residence is determined by where the debtor and creditor own their centers of economic interest - typically, where on earth they are ordinarily located - and not by their nationality. (d) Current and Not Contingent: Contingent liability are not included in the definition of external debt. These are defined as arrangements lower than which one or more conditions must be fulfilled before a financial transaction take place. However, from the viewpoint of supportive vulnerability, there is analytical interest within the potential impact of contingent liabilities on an discount and on particular institutional sector, such as government.

Generally external debt is classified into four head i.e. (1) public and publicly guaranteed debt, (2) private non-guaranteed credits, (3) central guard deposits, and (4) loans due to the IMF. However the exact treatment varies from country to country. For example, while Egypt maintain this four head classification [2], contained by India it is classified in seven head i.e. (a) multilateral, (b) bilateral, (c) IMF loans, (d) Trade Credit, (e) Commercial Borrowings, (f) NRI Deposits, and (g) Rupee Debt.

What credit card would you recommend? great rewards such as nouns miles or currency pay for, gas, anything approaching that?

Question:

Answer:
Feeling down about your rising gas bills? Gas rewards credit cards can give a hand! These cards offer you a fate to earn money back on your fuel purchases. There are plenty of reward plans to choose from. Before you apply, here's what you necessitate to know about gas rewards credit cards.

How Gas Rewards Credit Cards Work

Gas rewards credit cards are similar to change back cards. Most operate on a percentage system. Every time you purchase fuel, a particular percentage of cash is returned to you. This usually ranges from 1 to 6%. So if you spend $200 on fuel respectively month and have a card that offer 5% cash wager on, you will receive a reward of $10 each month. How's that for pumping fuel?

Some gas rewards credit cards operate on a point system. You earn points base on your fuel purchases. These points can then be redeem for dollars. Your cash is returned to you any through a check in the communication or as a credit to your card statement. Read more about gas reward card at: http://www.credit-card-gallery.com/artic...
You might want to turn here to compare them and pick one that is right for u.
http://www.bestcreditrates.network
Visa. It's widely accepted versus adjectives others and great loyalty programs too.
Read the fine print on any card offer!
Look for achieve one at zero interest and no fees, and take it. Use it until just b4 the interest kick in (usually the not anything interest is an 'introductory' offer only) consequently get another one, and repay off and dissolve the first. Never carry more stability than you can easily clear off during the nexth month or so. NEVER EVER be overdue or miss a payment. Even a 'good' card can turn bleak quickly when the interest suddenly jump to 32%!
Only look for the 'gimmick' cards (cash back, nouns miles, etc......) unless you are SURE you'll actually use the benefit. Keep one card (with a relatively low limit) purely for internet purchases. Never use your 'main' card or one with a illustrious limit next to a vendor you're not completely trusting of.

Again, READ the fine print.
I assume American Express has the best points program, but it is not standard everywhere. I use AmEx where I can, and Capital One Visa at places that do not adopt AmEx
dont get a credit card because of rewards its a stupid stupid perception and it gives you an execuse to spend more than you should on the card.

equally if this is compnay card then rewards are remarkably important to consdier

ther defence being is the amount on interest that you compensated on the versus what you get subsidise is rewars is very little near is little comparssions thats why companies offer rewards so that you salaried them 1000 a year in interstest and you gain maybe seize 100 gift card..
attain Capital One. no hassel, no fraud, no interest,
We like the Discover Card because we obtain 1% cash subsidise on everything. They also offer 5% rear legs on a quarterly basis on different things (e.g. travel, gas, etc.).

We used to own a Northwest Airlines card, but can't seem to use the friggin' miles!

Either process, pay it past its sell-by date every month! If you can't afford it, don't buy it.
Most of the reward cards have a sophisticated interest rate than others. Look for the lowest interest rate, not the best rewards. You can reward yourself with the money you recover.
try this website they have a detail of cards to fit your needs
http://easycreditcard.sitemighty.com/...
Maybe you can try below website to get hold of the information you need. It's nearly credit card reward programs articles for your second opinion.

The subsequent method involves giving points or any other type of token to the customers to accrue. They can then redeem these points for gifts similar to luggage, cosmetics and other goodies that the credit card company offers. Most of these reward scheme have alluring gifts and huge multiplicity of selections. But the better selection is to go for a currency back reward as it allows you to use the money any means of access you like.

Dealing next to Bank of America CC debt?

Question:
Has anyone had to accord with Bank of America on CC debt? They own charged off my story and sent to collections. Tried to work out something with them, but it be about impossible. I am waiting on validation from the CA. If they distribute me verification, and next I try to set up payments, what do I do if they will not accept my settlement offer? How long does it usually filch for them to sue someone if they are going to? I know the SOL is 3 years, it has merely been six months.

Answer:
The debt have gone to collections and the damage is done. A collection acount is a collection rationalization, paid or not.

Everytime you variety a payment, the date of ending activity starts again, prolonging the 7 year clock. So if you engineer payments for 2 years, the collection will not fall past its sell-by date your report for 7 years after the last salary (total 9 years)

Make a firm offer of what you can afford to pay packet (lump sum) and pay if they agree contained by writing to remove the negative entry from your credit report(s). If they agree, compensate as you said you would. If they dont agree or they agree but refuse to put it contained by writing, forget about the debt, it will nose-dive off surrounded by 6.5 years or so. The damage is done, why prolong it
The theory that there is a SOL is incorrect. Debt is owed until rewarded. Perilod. You need to work out a settlement. The reality that your account have gone to a collection agency suggests that they believe you won't pay. You have need of to change this perception or this debt will pursue you for a enormously long time.
damage have been done apply for a another card
If they are going to profile suit they won't do that until the SOL is about to expire. This is really the final resort for them. So if you are sure it is 3 years, they probably won't file suit until nearly 2.5 years. But during this time you will get constant call and letters wanting you to clear the debt.

Most collection agencies(not just ones for BA) want costs as quick as possible. They will try to receive you to pay it contained by a single payment, or at most roughly speaking 3 payments. In some instances they will go a couple of years but it have to be for quite a bit of debt. So base on your amount of debt you can probably figure out what they will ask for. As time go on most of the time they will start to get more open out to payment arrangements. So 1 or 2 years down the road if you hand over them the same submission they may accept it.

Just what ever you do, do NOT distribute any money to them until you have worked out a reward plan with them contained by writing. Once you accept a payoff plan keep on it.
Once it get charged off, they vend your account to a debt collector, and they go and get a big nice tax break. Thats why they wont work beside you. They prob sold your account to collect corp a company base out of Canada. Go to www.adviceontime.com and read the article on credit, this gives you biddable info on how you can go roughly speaking deleting that easy target from your credit report. Its all free info, they dont charge anything.

What happen if you move out of the country next to credit card dept?

Question:
I have a few credit cards and do not plan to move final to the states. I have more or less $35000 in debt. Can anyone do something if i reside surrounded by another country? Will I go to incarcerate if I come back to drop by?

Answer:
SKipping out on a debt of THAT size is why good citizens who earnings their bills are getting stuck with more and more--WHY the heck should I earnings for YOU to get rotten without paying.... I would HOPE that the credit card companies could find you and favourite place you until the day every concluding dime was salaried..... whether or not you get found surrounded by that other country or they come after you wherever you move about is not my concern---what IS my concern is that it's people close to you who have forced interest rates to rise so large for EVERYONE ELSE... it's people close to YOU who make it harder for others to be ABLE to procure credit , and it's people approaching you who feel they own NO responsibility for what THEY have created... who inculcate their children to be just close to them---something you can TRULY be proud of----NOT.... just remuneration your darn bills because I certainly don't have a feeling like paying them for you and neither does anyone ELSE.
What is dept? Do you tight-fisted Debt? Sounds like fleeing the country is not your best alternative.
If you leave the protection of this Country, you make a contribution the credit card companies the option of hiring mercenaries to hunt you down and eliminate you.
Well, credit reports in respectively country are seperate. So if you have debt contained by one country and move to another you will start out with a fresh credit report. The primary reason for this is the law in respectively country are different when it comes to credit bureas, so there are to frequent legal issues to combine credit agencies reports surrounded by one.
LittleBarb, God bless you!

Thank you for shouldering the massive responsibility of paying back the unpaid debts from adjectives those deadbeat people! Thank you for not blaming the credit card companies for their poor regulation skills, greed, or incompatince for giving credit to people who can't possibly afford to wage it back! We adjectives thank you.

These debts are divided up between several creditors. If only one individual was after you for $35,000 they may find it worth the challenge tracking you down.

But doing that in a foreign country is difficult . And trying to sue you surrounded by a different country is even harder! As long as you don't plan to come back you will be fine.

As long as no fraud be involved you will not go to top-security prison if you return. This is a civil matter, not criminal.

Just remember to dispatch LittleBarb a postcard once you get near.

They can verbs to report this debt on your report for the full 7 years, even though the statute of limitations has run out.

You can try disputing it and hope they don't verify the debt, and next it will be deleted. Other afterwards that you will have to loaf it out.

The reporting date on medical bills starts from the date the service was provided, NOT the charge bad date of the debt.
From the time its reported as charged off by the creditor within is a 7 year period where on earth you cannot have it removed from your report. They could hang around until its past due 6 years and consequently report it so its on your history for 13 years. You just hold to wait it out.
Okay...permit me make an assumption...I apologize. :)

We'll voice that original debt, at the medical provider, is no longer owed...it's statute of limitations is over.

From what I make out, if the balance have kept getting sold from one agency to another, you have to inform the brand new agency that the debt is beyond it's statute of limitations, and is no longer a valid debt.

Then, write them a Cease and Desist letter.

It simply requests to say "X company is hereby notify to cease and desist from any and adjectives collections activity on the subject of this invalid debt (list the debt, the debtor, and the originating date)".

Once received (send it certified so you know they get it), they cannot email, mail, or phone you about the debt, or you can sue them for harassment.
you can dispute it, because they can no longer collect on it. step to www.adviceontime.com and read the credit article for more info.

?'s around when Bankruptsy isn't an likelihood....?

Question:
I have in the order of a mid 500 credit score. I know, pretty unpromising.

I've heard that after 7 - 10 years, if no agreements to gross any payments on my part, that things start falling past its sell-by date. The Statute of Limitations for my home state of record is 5-10 years, depending on the type of contract. The S.O.L. for the State I'll be moving to surrounded by a few months is much shorter.

Bankruptsy isn't an option, I'm overseas right very soon. Even then, in a minute you have to build some kind of pay-out plan with bankruptsy. Well, I'm give or take a few 5 years into it all. If I generate some kind of salary plan, I'd be restarting those years again.

Anyway, one thing I've notice is that the creditors re-sell my debt. Do the "years" restart when they do that?

How do I figure out the date by which the "7-10 years" begin from?

Also, because I'm moving back to the States, but not to my home state, which State do I drop under for Statute of Limitations? Home state is where on earth the bills were incurred.

Answer:
For starters, ignore YSIC's answer as it have a lot of wrong info. It's 7 years, period! Not 7 + 180 days....the FTC have issued a staff paper address this, but people are still getting confused.

Echo's answer is correct. I posted a join to a site that does a very worthy job of explaining the SOL law.

Note one important point....as Echo states if you leave the country the SOL "tolls" and stops until you return. The rules about this are covered under the US UCC law and not state laws.

When you move from one state to another, the creditor can choose whichever state he desires to use (again under UCC laws). But some states enjoy passed protections against this if their SOL laws enjoy less years.
I don't know US statute but in the UK the debts won't walk away if the creditor has obtain a court judgement. The Statute of Limitations only applies if the creditor have not actively chased the debt.

The "7-10 years" (6 years in the UK) would re-start here if you admit the debt.

Again if the debt was contained by the UK, I'd advise you to consider returning here, declare bky and then going rear legs abroad.

Sorry I don't adequate about US directive but others may have a perspective.
First to answer your standard question. Creditors are disallowed to Re-Age debts when they sell them. All of the counters start from the date of the artistic delinquency. They can be reset if you make a pocket money after that, but if you have not it is still the resourceful date. They will remain on there for 7 years from this date. The solitary exception to this is Bankruptcies which do remain for 10 years or any Tax leins that don't go away until they are salaried.

As for bankruptcy if to be precise an option, they not solely look at Income, but also expenses. Since Child Support is an debt that has to be remunerated it can be taken off of his income so you might qualify.

I believe that the SOL applies to the state you signed the contract surrounded by orginally. However, if you do move to another state you would have to gain residency within that state. This can be anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. After that time the SOL for that state should apply.
If you had lived out of the country, be exceedingly careful and study the states SOL statutes (for both states) earlier claiming SOL.

Some states SOL's toll (stop running) when you leave the country. When you return the SOL will afterwards pick up and continue to run from where on earth it had stopped.
(For example, you hold a 5 year SOL and you leave the country after 2 1/2 years exceed.
The SOL stops running.
You return 3 years later, the SOL starts to run again and continues to run for the subsequent 2 1/2 years)

Also there are a few states that will allow a debtor protection beneath the shorter SOL of that particular state versus the longer SOL from the previous state.

I can't stress plenty that you should become familiar next to both states SOL statutes, especially since you have lived outside of the country for awhile.

Without knowing what type of debts you are discussion about, or if your state SOL tolls if you move the country, I'll list a few SOL start date --

For credit cards, the collecting SOL starts to run from the first time you became 30 days in arrears and never brought the account current foremost to the charge off. Credit cards would be get underway accounts.
For bank loans it is from the later payment. (written accounts)
For medical it is from the date of service. (possible initiate, possible no SOL if the medical provider receives federal or state funding)
For repo's it is from the date the repo be sold that created the deficiency. A repo voids the ingenious contract and because of that they fall lower than the UCC for a 4 year SOL.
For utilities it is from the last recompense (generally under the UCC for 4 years, possible below sale of goods)

The reporting time starts at the times mentioned above and is 7 years -- and NOT 7 years + 180 days as people mistakenly believe (per FTC Staff Opinion Letters)

Generally the creditor/collector can chose which state to wallet suit. Though you can always enjoy it moved to the state where you enjoy set up residence.
First, be aware that even though debts fall rotten your credit report, that does NOT mean that you don't owe the debt anymore. The creditors still justifiably have the right to try and collect the money you owe.
Adverse accounts will crash off your report 7 years after the date of delinquency. Be advise that the date of delinquency usually falls 180 days after the payment is due....so if you be late for a January costs, they may not turn you over to collections until 180 days after that, which is July. So, on your report, the actual fall-off date will not be until 7 years and 6 months after the date of delinquency.
It is illegal for collections agencies to re-age your accounts no situation what.
Your SOL is based on the state surrounded by which the debt occurred.
I hope that help!
