Answers:
Email the peddler. Tell him the situation and explain that you will be sending two payments for the one item. It shouldn't be a problem for you. It may end up one a problem for the seller though. PayPal is infamous for "flagging improper activity". Basically if a transaction is unusal of your account, approaching suddenly recieving too more money than usual they will freeze the account, and your money, until you can prove it be all legit. While you scuffle and plead with the company your money is surrounded by a bank vindication earning interest for THEM. Its really especially unfair. Some ethnic group never get their money because of PayPals fraud stipulations.
You will stipulation to open a paypal picture to acheive this.

It will take 1500 rotten your card and the other 100 out of your checking account. Break it up into two payments to the merchant.

Where to start...getting out of debt??

Question:
My husband and I are about to start our trip of getting out of debt. I want to lay our situation out and see if I can get some warning on our best options for getting out of debt. First of adjectives we do not have any chief debt such as mortgage,etc...just alot of self inflicted debt. We currently hold one vehicle that we pay monthly and we owe give or take a few 1 year or so on it. We have four "discouraging credit" credit cards that we pay individual the minimum on with balance totaling under $1000. We hold several charge off's and collections between us two on our credit also. Nothing more than a couple of thousand if that. Now it seems confident to just split it adjectives up and pay monthly but we are not quite making ends meet paying our everyday bills (gro, utility, etc) We live on a budget and still hold it hard. We enjoy 2 children (2 and newborn) that we want to provide a decent go for. We would like to bear a large loan and reward off everything and repay one lump sum, but how with discouraging credit? Help? Please shed some light...

Answers:
Awesome interrogate, and hard to answer because everyone's situation is slightly different! The biggest problem is that getting one big debt consolidation loan won't serve if you don't correct the problems of overspending that got you into the situation surrounded by the first place. What typically happens is that society consolidate, then something happen (car engine blows up, kids need braces, etc) and you call a halt up putting that on a card and end up owing even MORE than prior to consolidating!

I close to Dave Ramsey's approach to personal finance. He define a 7-step program for personal finance surrounded by his "Total Money Makeover" book. The 7 steps (known as "Baby Steps" are:

1) $1,000 to start an Emergency Fund
2) Pay off adjectives debt using the Debt Snowball
3) Three to six months of expenses in money
4) Invest 15% of household income into Roth IRAs and pre-tax retirement
5) College funding for children
6) Pay off home rash
7) Build wealth and confer! Invest in mutual funds and genuine estate

There's not enough space to jump through everything here, but the idea is to build an emergency fund that you can use to fiddle with unforseen issues that might come along. Once that's funded, you start knocking past its sell-by date debt, getting one item paid rotten and then focusing on the subsequent (letting it snowball). Once that's done, then you build a larger emergency fund.

I know I haven't given it equality, but I've followed a similar program and I know it works. I'd recommend getting a copy of the book (you can buy it for about $10 from www.daveramsey.com), but you can also edify yourself by listening to his radio show (you can listen to it via his site or find a station within your area).

Good luck!
Taking a large loan to settle everything off might of late dig you within deeper.

You sound close to you can get dug out of adjectives this. I'd work on getting the credit cards paid bad - the interest there will get through you alive. Try and put a little extra respectively month on the one with the unmatched interest rate until it's paid sour, then work your style down. And in the meantime, don't charge anything that isn't an proper necessity. If the babies need milk, that's a necessity. A exotic shirt isn't. And even for clothes for the babies, you can get them at courtyard sales and hold on to them clothed nicely, but inexpensively.

No point contained by worrying about the chargeoffs until you win the credit cards paid past its sell-by date.

In another year the car will be rewarded for - that will free up some money every month.

Good luck. Life won't be easy for awhile, but you'll catch dug out of this.
Evenif you get a loan, guess what - you're still contained by debt. You'd just owe it to a different company at a different interest rate, and that may or may not work to your profit.

If you can, transfer your balance to the card with the lowest interest rate.
Focus on paying rotten the card with the superlative interest rate first, since you are accumulating the absolute additional debt nearby.

Call the American Consumer Counseling Center - unlike a lot of those "debt solution" places, this is a non-profit and won't filch your money. They can give you some great counseling and recommend you on the best options for your individual situation.

First, make sure adjectives the information on your credit report is accurate.

Second, try to pay rotten all or any accounts that are currently surrounded by collections or make payoff arrangements with the creditor to take-home pay off the be a foil for monthly.

Third, any credit card that is over 50% of the available credit splash should be paid down to underneath half of your total credit procession. Your credit score is lowered when your available be a foil for is over 50% of your total credit line.

Finally, if you hold bad or no credit and enjoy no credit cards try to obtain two credit cards and be paid sure all of your monthly payments are made prompt. This will help increase your credit gain. If you cannot be approved for a unsecured credit card, obtain a secured credit card.

First, net sure all the information on your credit report is accurate.

Second, try to payment off adjectives or any accounts that are currently in collections or breed payment arrangements near the creditor to pay sour the balance monthly.

Which would you income stale first : Federal Student loan or Credit Card?

Question:

Answers:
They are both important and both oblige you out but if I had to choose it would most promising be the Student Loan.
Pay off the one next to the higher interest rate first.
I'd compensate off the credit cards first. Student loans typically enjoy low interest, and if you need to are usually assured to defer.
Pay the Load slowly over time its fine. Pay the Credit Card!ASAP it helps if you want money and if you need creidit
The one the sophisticated interest rate.

9 times out of 10 that will be your credit card.

If they are close, go near the credit card since student loan debt tends to be looked upon more favorably afterwards CC debt.
Pay the smaller one first, then meet head-on the bigger one.
.
Credit Card. Prolly higher interest.
Credit card most definately. The interest on student loans are so low.
I would achieve the credit card out of the way first. Generally the rates are complex and the minimum payments on credit cards are so low in proportion to the total debt that it is close to paying nothing on them. At most minuscule with the loans, whne you foot them down, they go down.
I would payment the credit card- they usually have a lower interest rate, and are not as forgiving near payments and issues paying as a student loan has.
I work for the US Dept of ED.

If I be you, I'd pay of the credit card and consolidate the student loan. There are tons of loan companies out here that will do that and it will bring your interest rate down.
Rooney
Chances are your credit card has a complex interest rate than your student loan. Also student loans may be deferred for legitimate reason. You might check according to your circumstances.

Pay off doesn`t matter what has the ultimate rate of interest - most likely the credit card. Once your credit card is compensated off I suggest paying extra on your student loan until it is remunerated off. You will put aside yourself a lot of interest.
A credit card, the interest is complex. But only discharge what you cn afford, be sure you are making the minimum payment for your student loans at most minuscule
This is a tough one. Both will effect your credit, but with the Federal Student Loan they can filch any type of Tax Refund you have comming to you. they do not even call for to sue you to do it. It is called "Right to Offset" You woe the Federal Government money and they are holding money for a duty refund that they owe you. They give somebody a lift that tax repayment and apply it to your Loan.

The credit card company has to sue you to trimmings you wages and or your bank, depending on your sate and local law.

When you're done paying a credit card bill, do you christen to revoke the card, or do you verbs the card?

Question:
i hear that if you call to call off the card, its bad for your credit history...is that true?

Answers:
If you verbs the card and close the account the credit history go with it. Two things affect your ranking by doing it. It reduces your overall credit availability and it reduce the amount of months you have have credit. By closing it you lose both factors which affect your mark. You can leave the picture open and don't use the card or use it once or twice to hang on to from having the wall closing it. People that keep switching credit cards because of lower interest find that their score are lower than a similar person who have maintained one or two accounts. An sketch that has be open for two years is better than have opened and closed three accounts contained by that same time period. When it comes time for you to draw from a car or home loan, the long-drawn-out history will work more in your favor than not. Now if you're the party who has a movement to run up credit cards because the money is available then verbs it. Better your credit score turn down than being other in debt.
not if it's rewarded of, do both.
If you no longer want the card call and own the account closed. It will show up on your credit report as "sketch closed by creditor", doesn't efeect your credit either track.
It is better to keep the card narrative open. It does comfort your credit score.
I've also hear it was impossible for your credit history. I would cut up the card so you weren't tempted to use it. But you'll still hold to pay any annual fees and finace charges they apply to the card. So if you want to be completely done paying money to this credit card company you'll hold to cancel it.
Both, unless you aspiration to continue using it. Closing an narrative does affect your score for a time, but there's really no reason to hang on to the account instigate if you don't plan on using the card.
both. You should call and undo the card and then verbs it. The less you enjoy open on your credit report the better. Also, if you hold that card open on your credit and you verbs it, someone can very glibly steel your identity and use that card to rack up credit in your cross, and you wouldn't know it until it was too behind!

Cancel and Destroy!
It is best to cancel the card if you want to close the narrative. Otherwise it will stay open and fees will verbs to be added to the account.
Its not fruitless for your credit history, because it would show that you closed the account yourself.
First of adjectives, you should ALWAYS CLOSE them. If you have a significant amount of credit on you to be exact not being used, if you call for to get a loan, you will not capture it due to the existing credit line that you already own.

Once you close a card, the history does NOT go away. All your payments enjoy still gone towards your score. If that be the case, someone who have maxed out a card and closes it, the history would go away. Or even someone who be late adjectives the time and paid it past its sell-by date and closed it, would suddenly not have those belated payments showing, and have honest credit.

Always CLOSE the card, destroying it is up to you, personally I would.
Don't close out the card! That apparently hurts your credit gain. Just cut it up and throw it away.
I like ro's answer - you hit knob points.
Yes it is true that if you cancel a credit card it can be doomed to failure for your credit history and affect your credit score within a negative course. Individual factors for your situation will determine if it is a denial or not. Factors include: overall number of open credit accounts (especially revolving debt), % of available credit one used on open credit, length of time history available for initiate credit.

Years ago the idea be to close all unused credit to not hold the open unused credit on the report. In today's world, if you do not have but two or three accessible credit cards, it is best to keep them plain, once in a while use it and discharge it off as long as in attendance are no annual fees. This provides the number of open trade lines lenders look for and the positive history over 24 months. The longer the positive history the better.

Review your entire credit report and see what you enjoy for positive credit review and where this credit card fits as a positive credit factor for time open, on-time payments, percent of balance used at any given time. Are here other credit card accounts that provide this for you and this one is really so new that it won't enjoy an impact? Then close it.
It isn't necessarily the best for your credit, because as you leave your card depart it will show an available balance that you could own money out on but don't. So it will show better self control. The other factor that will help your credit history on a card that you don't use is that it will show a longer time near credit, which is always a devout thing. So you would be better destroying the card and not closing the portrayal.

When I be making payments for a Capital One debt ( to a lawyer?

Question:
office) for my debt... I missed 1 payment. As a result, the lawyer office served me a subpoena. I get it and called the lawyer office which informed me to disregard the court date because I have a good contribution recird with the exception of that 1 allowance. I threw the subpoena away.
Now... I have removed adjectives debt from my credit report but under Public Records nearby is a charge of $536. I think it is the cost of the lawyer office serving the subpoena. My grill is... who can I talk to roughly having that removed stale my credit report without paying it? I expect it is unfair when I didn't even budge to court! Do I have to repay it? Is it at all possible to bring back it removed? Please... if you don't know, don't answer. I am serious about clearing my report.

Answers:
along next to contacting capitol one, you should also have a credit check done on you through the 3 credit bureau's, experian, trans grouping, and i forget the other one.
Call them directly, the phone # on a credit report, and try to negotiate maybe they will spawn you pay as 30% from the total, except wait another 2 years and this will disappear from credit report, but for nobody care give or take a few 7 years old transaction, you can grasp a loan or another credit card with no problem. Good Luck!
If I'm not mistaken, the judgement on your report system you have already be sued.
Since you have salaried on the debt, you have lost most of your leverage to seize it deleted.
They may know how to garnish your wages. I would any get some allowed advice (http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-rep...

,or contact them to arrange costs.

Depending on which state you live in, a judgement can regular place you for quite a bit longer than a regular collection.

PS NEVER EVER pay a collection agency. You hold better options, such as making them take-home pay you.
That amount is more than likely the judgement placed against you by Capital One via the lawyer (collection agency). If you are in Philadelphia, more than probable it's Stock and Grimes. Since you did not appear in court, they issued a judgement within absence against you. Since you payed this amount, contact the credit agencies to try and clear this up.

How do I lower the interest rate on my credit card? Its over 30%!! PLEASE HELP!?

Question:

Answers:
If you have have the card for awhile (Several Months) and have other been contained by good standing, the easiest instrument is to call the credit card issuer and ask if you qualify for a tightening in your interest rate. On a couple of my credit cards I can in truth do this online and the lower interest rate take effect straight. GOOD LUCK
I'm in hte same place--they say aloud you can just beckon them and ask, hasn't worked for me.
Check oprah.com and go to the debt diet-lots of direction there.
Even a scrawl for what to say when you ring up.-didn't work for me.
I am doing the DOLP thng though, paying off the smallest one first, specifically working.
Call them and ask for reduction, if you own a good credit, they should not confer you such a high interest rate. Go to creditcard.com and check another credit card, embark on another card and transfer the harmonize. Same of the credit card will give you a 0% for verbs from another card.Good Luck!
Call customer service and ask them to reduce it. They will, if you own been a customer for a while, and be on time contained by making payments. It is unusual to have 30%+, unless you one-time even one time to make timely payments. Sometimes, you enjoy to go and carry a different c/c with another company, and threaten to invalidate your first card. If the first card won't lower the 30%, then verbs your balance to the unknown card.

Next step, quit charging, and pay change for purchases until your balance is compensated off.
If you own a house the easiest way is to refinance...because the interest rate will be plentifully lower and also you can make adjectives that interest tax deductible...thats the best course to get rid of it and next CLOSE THAT CARD.
You can always try a set off transfer beside a 0% offer first, but they solely delay the inevitable as far as I'm concerned.
you can't lower it.they would own to.unless you hookup with a credit counseling company, but i meditate you would need to be on the brink of liquidation.my advice to you is to put adjectives the money you can on the card till it is paid, afterwards cut it up and get no more cards.and engender sure you pay on the dot and don't exceed your limit or you will never obtain it paid.please read this and do it.i speak to you from experience.credit card companies are thieve, and they will bend you over and over again.
hi there, Id resembling to share with you this resource I have bkmarked for concerns like that of yours

hope you'll find it adjectives

have a great morning
DAMN!! 30% that is too illustrious for any amount of credit. Calling hasn't worked for me but try to pay that sucker rotten and close it ASAP. You can also try applying for another card with lower interest and see if you can do a stability transfer.

GOOD LUCK
You might want to draw from a better card with low interest. Here's a record http://www.ccvault.com/credit_cards/low_...

good luck

Bad credit in need ever have a credit card?

Question:
I need serve. I am 26 years old next to horrible credit. I have never have a credit card, all of my stuff is from bleak decisions and not have steady income. (was a server for almost 9 years)
Medical bills, eviction, car repossesion, you heading it, somehow i got mysef into it.
Just contained by the past year or so enjoy i realized how much its affecting my natural life and I want to do something to save my adjectives.
At this moment im feeling overwhelmed and dont know where on earth to start. I have see info about the debit consolidation programs, but not trusting of them. How do i start paying stale these people and companies, lacking going broke day to daytime?
names of comapies, backing groups, anything would help at this point!!

Answers:
I have a feeling your pain! I too am 26 next to pretty bad credit and enjoy never had a credit card. Mine are from medical bills and utility bills that go unpaid because of stupidity. From the time the first thing be put on my credit report its almost been 7 years so its gonna start individual removed from my credit report just for that intention. However some of it is a little newer so I plan on paying these companies surrounded by order of relevance subsequent month when I receive a good amount of money. I don't know debt consolodation net sites or anything like that. My proposal is if your going to start paying things off formulate sure you have ample money to pay 1 entire item past its sell-by date at a time. I don't really recommend making settlements with the collection agencies because I read that even though you made an attempt to compensate off your debt it looks fruitless that you didn't pay sour the entire amount owed. I plan on paying off the most recent debts in the past paying off the elder ones because chances are the elder ones will fall sour my credit report before I can clear them off.
you may consider file for bankruptcy, which have its own problems in itself. but to hold good credit, you own to show a successful path of paying rotten debts and or getting loans and paying them off. one course is to get college loans.
uh.medical bills are credit. So is a motor purchace. As is a rental agreement. Start by realizing that your obligation are all credit and will imitate on your credit.

Call them up. Explain the situation, see what they will accept surrounded by payment.
You can do it your self, as for bills resembling medical call them up and see if u can settle of payments plans.. For the eviction and sports car repo see if u can make a payoff plan and make sure from in a minute on keep payments prompt.. Good luck
Yeah I'd stay away from those debt consolidation programmes. I would get some fair advice from a command organiation, who aren't going to be trying to get money from you. If you live contained by the UK, the Citizens Advice Beureau can help beside debt management.
Credit cards are one and only one aspect of your credit rating. Any bill that is reported to a credit bureau can stir on your report just as credit card would. So any of those bills that you neglected and go into collection ar going to be on your report for 7 years. There is not much you can do about that. Just try to never agree to it happen from here on out and over time your ranking will go up.
It is really tough. I know a lot of relations who have gone through this, and near really are only two things that worked. One be to work hard to gain a better job and loaf it out. The other is to declare liquidation... will will help you earnings your bill, but destroy your credit for a little years. But once you are able to repay your bills on time, it will slowly go and get better. In any case, don't achieve a credit card until you are debt free! Getting debt free is more important than fixing your credit at this point. Avoid the debt consolidation programs. A few of them comfort a little, but most of them don't do squat. Some are even scam. You might consider going to your bank or credit federation and asking them for advice. They will be better informed give or take a few what REAL debt help is available surrounded by your community. Good luck!
Congrats on taking initiative to do something to change your time is the first step. The first step is always the hardest as it make you look at your life and see whats going on. There are alot of citizens our age that dig themselves opening deep into a hole and hang on to digging until there is no means of access to get out. You are making an challenge to change this and acquire out of the hole. Congrats.

I think one of the best things you could do is budge to a financial banker. Try going surrounded by to any "Major" bank. Don't budge to the little guys cuz think of it this course "who will give you a better rate? The big place beside lots of customers or the little guy with a few customers?" Also you want to progress to a name you can trust.

If you own lots of debts incurred go to a ridge and ask them for a consolidation program. Also they can set you up with a funds plan and work with you on your credit. The best part of the pack is that most bankers will do this for free. Set aside some time and go and craft an appointment with one of them.

Good Luck.
i have bad credit at that age, so i didnt do anything roughly it and after 7 years i was competent to get credit again.

any pay it put a bet on or wait it out!
You are probably a fitting candidate for credit counseling. 10-12k is really not that much and a credit counseling firm can probably take that reduced.

Consumer Credit Counseling Service is by far the most well acknowledged company, their service is free and they are legit.

I don't know what state you are in so I can't post a connect for you. G00GLE them for your state.

Good luck.
consumer credit counselling is an excellent organization. They back you put together repayment plans and work with you and your creditors to implement the plan.

It will probably not be straightforward, but it can be done.
I do a seminar on credit so I will try to sum it up for you.

File a bankruptcy first. Then you will hold a clean slate to start beside. The bankruptcy (BK) file will be with you for 7-10 years, but it is better next having the bloody history you enjoy now (which is going to stay on your reprt for just about the same amount of time). You can gain a mortgage loan after a BK, but you are not going to get one next to a bunch of open collections and other recent derogs(late payments or anything glum on your credit). Make sure you do a chapter 7 not a 13 wage earner. The discharge date is when the time clock starts ticking and surrounded by a 13 that could be years before discharge. In a 13 you will come to an end up paying something every month to pay your creditors fund. In the 7 it just adjectives gets wipe clean, you will pay cheque for the filing, but the debts a short time ago go away. Either road you are filing a BK and looked at like peas in a pod to the lenders.

Once you have the file discharged you will need to establish dutiful credit. Get a secured credit card.
http://creditcardsusa.net/rebuild.html?o...

Save as much as you can and send it to the credit card company to opne this justification. Basicly they will give you a card for the amount you deposit near them, but on your credit report it reports just approaching any other credit card.

NOW here is the BIG thing. Never charge more later 50% of the limit on your credit cards. If the time limit is $1000, never charge more the $500. 35% or less is even better! Do use it regularly. They want to see that you can do paperwork credit. Just use it for small things like gas --- that you can earnings back every month. No BIG SCREEN TV's near the credit cards. Even if it is your money on a secured card, you must remember this.

Once you have manage your credit well near a secured card or 2 for 6 months to a year, they will give you unsecured cards and you will be on your means of access.

One last entity... DON'T have any lates after the collapse! The lenders will let you travel with a BK if you own learned your lesson. But if they see lates again, that ability you have NOT knowledgeable and they will be warry of giving you credit.

I own seen credit counselors, hurt peoples credit more them I own seen them relieve. They just brand they payments for you and you pay them something to do it. They are usually slow with the payments by at lowest possible a month, b/c they have to collect the money from you clear it and consequently pay your debts. If you are going to try this simply call the debts your self and set up a return schedule.

Just remember the sooner you procure the old impossible credit to be paid contained by full (thru a BK or otherwise) the sooner you can start making good credit.
I have a feeling your pain, sometimes we attain in trouble even though we don't niggardly to. So ... what to do.

$12K is a lot of money, especially if you are earn near the minimum wage. If this is the overnight case, I'd just record bankruptcy, and go and get on with time - just don't do it again.

If you label enough money that you own, say $500 per month to wages on all this, beckon each and every creditor, and report them they will be paid so much respectively month (in proportion to all) and in two years you will be out of debt. Doing it this route will improve your credit ranking tremendously over time. You may choose to pay some past its sell-by date sooner, but everyone needs to grasp some money each month. The plea for paying some off sooner - especially some low $ amount debts ? Read further below.

It is even possible that some of these creditors will be liable to "delete" the bad credit entry after you earnings them off - simply for you asking for it after you enjoy paid them. If they devise you honestly got within over your head, going on for 30% will do it for you.

Within 1 month of a debt being compensated to zero, it's effect on your ranking will begin to diminish (your win will go up), and by 18 months after man completely paid - it's effect will effectively be in motion away. It will remain on your credit for 7 years after paid date, but you will know how to point to the fact that you did surrounded by fact payment everyone rather than directory for bankruptcy. That will certainly go a long approach for you in the adjectives if you do it.

Best of luck.

How can i make higher my credit mark using someone elses credit string?

Question:

Answers:
An authorized user is someone who is added to another person's credit card account and authorized by the principal cardholder to use that details. The authorized user receives a credit card near his name on it and is competent to use the credit card as if it were his own.

Payment history for that credit card is presently reported to both the principal cardholder's credit report as well as the authorized user's credit report, regardless of whether the history is polite or bad. That scheme the authorized user's credit can benefit from the relationship, but it can also suffer if debt accumulates and payments are tardy or not made at all.
If you are conversation about something close to a joint acct. approaching a checking acct or a credit card BOTH of your names and social financial guarantee #'s need to be tied into it together
if you use someone elses creditline, you could hurt their evaluation. Don't do this. Just work on improving your own chalk up.
If you are added as an authorized user, for example, on your parent's credit card and if they have excellent gift history and a seasoned account beside a good credit mark out, it may raise your credit rack up anywhere from 30 to 100 points enabling you to probably draw from your own credit card. It's a good boost but receive sure you're responsible and let them hang on to the card. That way, you can build your own credit and acquire your own credit card in need complicating theirs.
Do a search on piggybacking. However, you'll want to do it at the double as the feds are making it illegal to do. Also FICO is shifting their formula so that when your put on as an authorized user it wont be calculated in.
Using someone else credit will not hurt their gain. It will bring your score up so long as their credit history is devout. They will need to contact their creditor and put in you as an authorized user on their account. They could donate you as a co-applicant but you don't want that. The only process it will hurt their score is if you don't discharge, or they don't pay. Good passageway to get fast credit tradelines. Good luck...
Having a co-signer on your loan offers you to use their credit win to obtain a better rate but when you clear on the loan it reports to your credit sore calculation.

Lower credit win or no?

Question:
My mom gave me my own credit card (under her christen of course because I'm with the sole purpose 16) and the limit is $500. The point is I heard that when you spend more later 50% of your available credit on your credit card, your credit score can be lower. Is it true even if its individual $500 bucks? Sometimes I spend like $450 two weeks beforehand the bill is due, then my mom pays it sour online and I continue to use it, which is close to another $160 when the actual bill is due. So my total due for this month is $160. LOWER THE SCORE OR NO? I hope I make sense.

Answers:
It's true that one of the things that impact your FICO score is the credit limit/credit used ratio. You do want to maintain utilization low, but that's hard to do at $500. Better on the other hand, keep paying it rotten, so you can call and ask for a constrain raise to $1000. next still just use as little as you can to preserve your mom's FICO score contained by check. Also, the score looks at her aggregate ratio as ably, so you may not be impacting it too much.
A large piece of your credit score is base on utilization percentage. If you pay sour your credit bill every month, it probably won't hurt your score too much if you use most of the limit--the problem comes when you max out your card and can't earnings it back.
The best entity to do is to keep your symmetry 30 percent or less of your total available credit. If your mom have been paying bad the credit card and there are no unpunctually payments you are fine. The one suggestion I have for you is when you turn 18 take a credit card of your own and learn to deal with your balances properly to develop your own credit history.
Yes, utilizing the full stripe of credit can lower your credit score. Try to stay inwardly 20-30% of your credit limit.
I spend like mad on my cards, but I pay the entire symmetry every month. And they are sending letters to thank me and to grant me more credit.

In my case it's obedient, but it's only a small constituent of the entire credit score formula.
