Advance return saloon lease next to unpromising credit.?
Question:I want to take over a friend's lease but I hurt my credit while starting my business. My friend solitary has a year gone in the lease an 17k miles and I needed to pay it adjectives in mortgage. Would I need to overrun a credit check even though I am paying in credit? Also, In general if I remunerated a car lease within advance would I entail to pass a credit check?
Answers:
I see that the switch word, "Lease" has be totally overlooked.
Why in the world would you want to cart over a "Lease" for someone else, (EVEN IF YOU CAN).
Don't even think roughly speaking it.
You do realize that you will not "OWN" the car after a year. Is the amount due worth driving the sports car for a year? And if the mileage at the end of the lease exceeds the "Contracted Lease Mileage", be prepared for a HIT!
Take your brass and buy a car. You may reimburse a little more contained by interest, but it will be yours. You can buy.
Other Answers:
If you are paying the car stale in one shot you don't own to worry give or take a few your credit score, it's not relevant because not a soul will be extending credit to you. Get the car transferred into your heading by the leasing company and then foot it off, this approach it will also improve your credit
you will hold to pay up front formerly the car company will allow you to thieve over the auto. A good track to do this is to pay your friend (if you must trust him short reservation) and have him compensate off the lease. He can later transfer the saloon, which he now owns, over to you.
I am very soon sure but I don't think he can of late give the motor to you without your paying taxes on the verbs. I recently bought out my lease on a Toyota Corolla and want to make available it to my companion; however, when this will be done she must pay taxes on the verbs.
My credit rating is tremendously bleak, infact so discouraging I cant win credit at adjectives, what do I do ?
Question:The problem is this, I cant get credit anywhere here contained by the UK and yet I am full time employed, but I enjoy just completed University next to a debt of lb16k. I have applied for a starter credit card to build up my credit rating but enjoy been point blank refuse. I have an overdraft facility on my statement but I am up to the limit apart from when I enjoy got rewarded at the end of the month.Any Suggestions as to how I can restart to create me credit worthy ?
Answers:
Get a copy of your credit report. Your report will let you know EXACTLY what bank, credit card companies are looking at. If there is money owed to someone on your report, contact these companies and start to wage them off! When you enjoy sent in the final sum to the collection agencies or whoever you owe money to, get a message from them stating your debt is paid. You hold to send a copy of that dispatch to the credit bureaus and have your debt posted as compensated. The credit agencies will then update your credit report and transport you what they have changed.
Now, for adjectives reference, wages your bills on time! A lot of companies you hold bills with (phone, TV, saloon, house, etc.) DO contact the credit agencies EVERY time you are late, thus lowering your credit win.
You have to rob care of your olden unpaid bills before you do anything else. Credit card companies or whoever see they can not trust you to compensate your bills and will not loan you money.
If someone came to you for 16k and you have proof this person doesn't pay envelope their bills, would you give it to them within HOPES you get it posterior?
Good luck to you.
Other Answers:
sorry mate, you are pretty screwed, itll take 5 years to clear credit history so basically be smart in the adjectives, hang on did you go and get into debt, i cant remember, good luck
You want to start living within your mode. Start paying your bills, and paying down your credit debt, regularly and ON TIME, or better yet, for a moment early (which will provide you built-in leeway if you're a couple days late).
It take time to rebuild your credit. You own to show you are trustworth and prompt.
Around here, there are credit counseling services - you may want to see if near is something similar in your nouns.

Question:Answers:
14-business days, they work VERY slow. If i were you, I'll nullify the card immediately!, you enjoy no idea surrounded by what trap you have fall. Let me take a fanatical guess, you reply to on of thouse pre-approved MasterCard offers, generally a Elite Black MasterCard with a so-called "Elite Status" that doubles the warranty of your purchases and enjoy automatic credit line increase after 6-months, right? capably don't hold your breath for an "Elite status" credit card or credit line, because they will with the sole purpose give you $300.00 beside APR of 27.9%. And everytime you ask for a CLI after the first 6-months, they will turn you down stating "Account Utilization" whatever the hell that medium! and their double warranty deal is AFTER you enroll contained by their double warranty purchases program which cost a whopping $9.95 a month. HSBC is a total rip off! no issue how good your observation is, they don't appreciate you as a customer.

How long do CCJ's stay on your transcript and how long do you hold to hang on to debt free back it's completely verbs
Question:Answers:
Contrary, to the above answers. In the UK Defaults and CCJ's will stay on your credit file for a maximum of 6 years. Even if you repay the debt inwardly that time, it will still stay on your credit file, but the debt will show as content.
Other Answers:
finished CCJs stay for 6 yrs
and you have to stay debt free for heck of a long time
CCJ's are fixed!
Its about 7 years I chew over.
BUT if you eventually paid them bad, then you should apply to equifax (credit suggestion agency) to get them cleared.
They won't clear anything bad without you unfolding them that you paid the money subsidise in the ruin....even after 7 yrs.
10 years
6 years love. as long as you pay it stale, you can contact experian and leave record explainin what happend so that it dont look so impossible. as long as you continually pay bills itll eventually create ur rating better.
a ccj stays on your credit file for six years, starting on the date judgement be made against you. it will stay on your file whether you pay envelope it off or not.
If you do earnings it off, you should write the person/company that you owed the money to and ask them to convey to the court a notice of settlement, most do this anyway, but you should ask them surrounded by case they forget, or surrounded by the case of individuals, dont bother!
They distribute in to the court a settlement sense, and the court then attaches to the CCJ on your directory the word "satisfied" meaning you hold paid it up.
In guess, there is no minimum or maximum time to preserve debt free, its a case of a CCJ expires after six years, and provided you dont obtain another one in that time, your credit report will be wiped verbs.
daveypadua's answer is correct......but in the United States the report comes sour in 7 years, not 6.
For your credit to become "completely" verbs, it requries all gloomy entries to be removed from your report. They drop off automatically after 7 years. Then you basically have to build your credit rating up again by paying bills prompt.
3 yrs

Paying bad credit card debit presently or after that.?
Question:My fiance and I have roughly speaking $5000 in credit card debt between us. It isnt much compared to most but I still muse its a lot. We are have our wedding within Oct of 2007. Our budget for our wedding is $3000 total incl. dress ect. My mom give us $2000 cash for the matrimony now to assist w/expenses. Our apr on the 1st card is 0% until Jan. 2007, then it go up to 5% on remaining balance. Second card is 0% till Apr. or May 2007 afterwards goes to 9% apr for remaining symmetry, third card is just 13.45% apr for the go together which is about $1250.My fiance said we should put the $2000 my mom give us for the wedding on the cards presently to get them out of the bearing, so we dont have to pay packet interest on them when the 0% is up next year. Then he said we should purely charge the $3000 for the wedding on a card that offer 0% come Oct. 2007. He said we will have duplicate amt. of debt, its either very soon have it and verbs, or have it a year from immediately. Plus we will get matrimony gifts at the time.
What do u all suggest? Pay now?
Answers:
Pay out your debt immediately. It will become a problem for you and your spouse after the marriage. Go into your marital debt free. It is the best way to start a existence together.
Other Answers:
i agree with hubby
I utter .. pay presently or at least partly of it. That is pretty big about 0% compared to 5% but if its going to be alike amount of money your fianace thinks next why even bother with it if its not going to reclaim you money? If it was me... I'd retribution it off. Pay it immediately before the interest go up.
First, make sure in that are no prepayment penalties.
Secondly, nearby is no advantage to paying it bad earlier during the 0% interest grace time.
I would not charge the wedding, but that's me. The interest rates may not be advantageous at that time. If you suppose you can pay smaller amount over time for the wedding versus the interest payments on the CC, consequently pay the better of the total costs.
Personally, I would put the money contained by an interest bearing report and let it earn interest until the 0% runs out and after decide if I should compensate off the CC match or let it stay contained by there until the nuptials. You would still be at the same point you are immediately anyway but with a moment or two interest accruing and better notion of how the wedding costs are racking up. 1. Call the credit card company and ask for a better rate, likelihood are they can lower the rate over the phone. I have done it frequent times without further credit check.
2. Move adjectives your balances to a spanking new 0% APR card
3. Pay off the lowest match highest interest card FIRST, and later go for the subsequent lowest balance card, and so on.
4. DO NOT use the card again once it is compensated off. I agree beside curious about consolidating to one card.
Also, you hold 15 months before you go and get married. Assuming you keep your $3000 honeymoon budget, you have $8000 you want to compensate off surrounded by those 15 months. You mom gave you $2000, which leaves $6000 to remuneration off/accumulate in 15 months. Thats $400 per month.
Can't you earn an extra $400 per month? If both you and your finace deliver pizzas one weekend a month, $400 should be no problem.
I don't see why you obligation to charge the wedding to your credit cards. hello, all right, I have get two best answers for this so I'll try the trick again if you are ready to read and soak up adjectives the info first here:

Can my american debt be collected very soon that I am a permament resident of australia?
Question:Answers:
Unless it's child support then probably not. I enjoy in times past billed people within other countries, including a priest in the Vatican who didn't wage his anesthesia bill, but in most cases it's not worth it and in attendance is no action that can be taken against you.
Other Answers:
Probably depends if the Aussie company loaning you any bread / making home loans/or giving you one of their credit cards uses one of the many intercontinental credit reporting companies.
Source(s):
As for collecting it..not sure if they could or would. But extending you further credit is more the question.
Legally the debt is owed and could be collected, but realistically unless it's a thoroughly large debt it would not be cost efficient for the creditor to collect it. I don't know the laws of Australia, but I suspect that an American creditor would enjoy very little leverage within trying to collect a debt.
I want to go and get a loan - can anyone back me?
Question:I live with my father and sister and am surrounded by full time employment. I have several loans and 2 credit cards that I want to clear. I also hold a CCJ and some late payments. I want to decrease my outgoings and get one loan to cover everything. Does anyone enjoy any numbers or internet connections to help me? I don't want debt consolidation, etc.Answers:
I be in a similar position surrounded by the past. I found Lombard extremely loyal. One thing to scrutinize however is that there are plenty of companies who are inclined to lend you the money but their APR is often horrendous. Lombard own a variable APR and as element of RBS is a reputable financial institution. Good luck!
Other Answers:
try alliance and leicester they will probably give you a loan purely typ in the nickname and go to their leader page
If you go to your ridge and discuss with them your problem they will be capable of give you counsel on a loan to consolidate the whole lot and later you can look at the interest rate and shop around other banks and building societies earlier you agree to anything. The only problem you may hold is getting a loan with someone else that you dont already hold a loan with as you own a CCJ against you but failing that go drop by the citizens advice bureau, they wll administer you the best advice the best place I can recommend is http://www.wesayes.com
they own lists of bank and lenders who specialize in these types of situations

I similar to to preserve my ancient credit card but...?
Question:I have a BOA credit card and I hold a good history within it. The thing is that it have an annual fee and 13% unpredictable APR. Chase offered me 8% fixed APR with no annual duty. I called BOA and they agreed to remove my annual tax BUT CAN'T match the 8% fixed! I don't use my credit card deeply - just entail a credit history and religiously pay my monthly fees. Will I maintain my BOA or I'll switch to Chase?Answers:
The old credit card is serving its largest service - giving you a credit history - don't close it. If you want to ever use, just earnings it off within full every single month.....
Good for you calling and getting the annual fee removed....Call again contained by six months to lower the interest rate.....
In the meantime, ask yourself.....do you "plan" on carrying a balance on any spanking new credit cards you receive? Even though it is smart to have a low interest rate, it still is not a benefit to take a balance - ever.
I'd really get the 8% card, trigger it, and save it for the genuine emergency - like when your nouns falls out on the road, or plane tickets to look in a sick family....or anything....brain transplant....and the like.....existing emergencies...
It sounds similar to you are off to a great start....Lastly, if you currently own a balance on the BOA @ 13%, you should verbs it to the new card (xfers should be 0% for a finite spell of time) and pay that sour in full
Be mean w/ xfers - don't use the new card until you've rewarded the xfer off surrounded by full because any payments will be applied toward the xfer balance and not "current" purchases.
Other Answers:
You foot it off at the ruin of the month every month? Then the interest rate shouldn't matter because you're never going to own to pay interest. You could return with the Chase and keep your frail one if you want.
Do you carry a match or not? If no, stick with your BOA cc, if yes, shift to whichever has the lowest rate, contained by this case Chase. Or, you can be in motion online and find a card with 0% for 12 months, 8.9% thereafter, and no annual duty. Those credit cards you mentioned above do not sound close to such good deal. I recently go through your type of situation.. I have a BOA visa and took an tender for a chase card.. But turns out after having chase for just about 7 months the APR raised... They never put on alert you about the change in the long run.. I be disapointed because I was given a low APR at first an it nearly tripled.. I lone owe like $90 and hold been in good time with my payments... SUX
If you transport a balance on your BOA credit card, clear that off first past cancelling the card. Some companies enjoy a policy that if you cancel the card but get a balance, your interest rate shoots up REALLY glorious. The status of the card will show up as "cancelled by owner" on your credit report, and that's not a bad point.
When you choose a new credit card, travel for something that you'll get something out of. Some cards set aside credits toward free gas, or you build up points toward something like coupons to restaurants or frequent flyer miles. If you're a bookworm, Amazon.com have a credit card through Chase where you earn points toward free books. Lots of companies are offering incentives approaching that. Personally, I would not pay interest to a company that be not offering me something in return.
Don't "switch." Keep BOTH! Having another credit card will increase your debt to credit ratio. This will almost unquestionably improve your chalk up.
Just remember to be RESPONSIBLE! Just because you have two cards doesn't be going to you have to use them. Live inside your means. Use the cards individual for things you absolutely involve and emergencies.
Get the Chase card and use that when you requirement to use a credit card. Hell, you can cut up the BOA card if you want -- just save the account sympathetic and check it periodically to make sure there's no fraud. If you don't take a balance on the card, the difference surrounded by the interest rate will be negligible to nothing
How long do defults stay on your credit folder?
Question:I have just now got an online credit folder from Equifax, and it shows two Defaults from about 5-6 years ago. I hold tried to contact the companies involved. One being Orange communications, and the other Littlewoods. Orange enjoy said that according to their system I don't exist, and Littlewoods have since gone into liquidation. Any accepted wisdom how I can get these resolved. I enjoy also got roughly twenty late payments showing from nearly three years aga, hoiw damaging are they to my credit evaluation?Answers:
Well, the late payments are impossible but there isn't too much you can do around that. The other accounts, you should have a phone number or an e-mail address where on earth you can dispute things on your credit report. File a report saying that you own tried to resolve the debt and are unable to. Equifax will afterwards contact the companies and they have 30 days to answer your dispute. I would also suggest that you grasp your report from TransUnion and Experian.
Other Answers:
I think it go away after 7 years.
They usually fall stale your credit report within 7 years 6 years, or after the debt is clear, the debtor's firm informs the credit company that the debt is salaried in full - later the default is removed
They effect how companies spectacle you when you apply for a loan or any non cash purchase. It take 7 years for each failure to pay to leave your database. If you do get approved for credit, you'll reward a much higher rate of interest as you are a soaring risk for default.
In England and Wales default remain unless removed by the originator or you can satisfy the credit quotation agency that the debts have be satisfied. In practice this can stingy that they can be on record for several years. Write to equifax near a copy of the letter received from Orange etc and ask that the entry be removed. These entries will end in you difficulty in obtain credit however if you are prepared to stand your ground on those which can not be proved you should be able to hold them removed.7 years.....so 4 years to go. But i would fracas it and get it removed Contrary, to the above answers. In the UK Defaults and CCJ's will stay on your credit directory for a maximum of 6 years. Even if you repay the debt within that time, it will still stay on your credit report, but the debt will show as satisfied.

I work for a hill
is in that a path i can look up a credit card by which credit bureau it uses to rate a person's credit?
Question:here's the thing... i've checked adjectives 3 credit bureaus and i have angelic scores and unpromising scores, so is at hand a way i can lookup a credit card company by the credit bureau it uses to determine whether to grant a card to someone or not? does that make sense? lol.Answers:
Yes you cause sense lol
The first link is to a yahoo group that list cards by many different ways, one of which is what credit bureau be pulled for what card. You can even look to see what cards pulled which bureau in your state. (every once within awhile a creditor may pull different bureaus surrounded by different states) Plus it usually gives what the people score be at the time of applying.
The second link, if you turn into the credit forum, many society talk something like what cards they have be approved/denied for, who pulled the inq, what negatives they have on the report etc.
Other Answers:
just procure the credit rating of the person that you may be getting the card for, if the rating is desperate then don't tolerate him/her have it from you.
Usually that information is contained by the itty-bitty print on the little booklet of fees and charges you receive when you get a unsullied card. If you call the info chain on your card they should tell you who they use. Sometimes they use one or adjectives three agencies to assess a credit score. If adjectives 3 of your Credit reports are different from one another you need to dispute and loose change them so they are all consistent beside one another.
Most large bank pull multiple Credit reports so if your reports are different, the lowest evaluation one will be the one considered to make a credit declaration.
What do you assume of providing teenagers near debit cards?
Question:I think it is okay to allow them to enjoy a debit card, as long as the money is added a little at a time, and as long as your child is responsible. My recommended age is 14-16. What do you feel?
Answers:
I think it is a angelic alternative to just giving dosh, since this way you can in actual fact keep track of what your kids are doing beside your money.
Other Answers:
bad thought. most teens dont have job. plus, when u turn 18 u can open your own mound account, so in recent times wait. and, money is added for a while at a time? what like ur parents hand over u money? ... get a position. if ur not 16, dont complain. jobs suck.
They should enjoy them at 18 when they have a undertaking to get one It's cool. you should try pre-paid debit cards first. That process they can't go over the hold back and over draw. You can keep track of in that spending. And they learn responsibility. It's also polite to keep them away from drugs. Because most drug dealer don't take debit cards. try www.simongiftcard.com They are honourable. And they are taken everywhere that you can use a visa.
I think you're right, as long as the pubescent understands that near will be only a definite amount of money available on a set schedule. It can be an excellent edification tool if you let them access their allowance this agency. If it's their money, and they know they have to kind it last, they won't transport it for granted. Most young general public have no practice at controlling their spending, and this will show them how, as long as you consent to them know what the limits are.
I suggest 11I reflect on it is a great idea, but simply if the parent has be and continues to take an influential role in tutoring financing to their kids.
If more parents would teach kids in the region of the everyday average financial responsibility, those kids would not be so ill prepared when they are on their own.
I'm contained by favor of it for the most part. I received my own independent checking commentary / card when I was 15 years outmoded. Debit cards are a great way to instruct teenagers about the responsibilities of money minus sacraficing their creditworthiness. That is a great way to educate a kid to become a financially responsible adult! Especially if you control the brass that's in the article.

It stays there until you dispute it sour.
Or, if it is tied to a tradeline and that falls off, the address might decline off near it.
Sometimes old or incorrect address cannot be disputed off because of one tied to a tradeline.
Other Answers:
i think it stays here for at least 5 years... try going to www.ask.com and typing your quiz in in attendance
My credit report shows every address I've ever lived at since I rented my first place. Actually, it misses a few from when I was contained by college but everything after that is tabled. That is about 15 years worth of address.
My credit reports show almost all of my address. They all own my current address way wrong, and one have me still living in the dorm!
Past address can stay on your reports indefinitely. If there are address that are NOT VALID, dispute them and they should come off. Keep surrounded by mind that disputing VALID addresses can run you the risk of have GOOD tradelines deleted when the address associated beside them gets delete.
