Can I build credit from a mortgage I am paying specifically not surrounded by my given name?

I inherited a house and my designation is on the title as the owner of the house, but my name is not on the house loan. The loan is still surrounded by “the estate of (deceased person)”. I have be paying towards this loan using my income alone for about 5 years. When I adjectives the house, 10 years of the 30 year loan were already remunerated off.

I will enjoy the loan paid rotten next year and it will not be changed to my cross because in instruct for me to change it into my term, I would have to bring back a new loan because the loan company will not allow me to assume the loan.

Can I still benefit from paying the loan stale even though its not in my describe? Or can I only bring back credit if it is in my label? I have years worth of check copies that prove I hold been paying for the loan.

Also, my credit evaluation is 780, so I don’t necessarily need this to own good credit. So, within my case is it even worth it to me to enjoy the paid loan reflect on my credit report?

Thanks!

Answers:
Since the loan is not in YOUR cross, it has no effect on YOUR credit. If the LOAN is contained by the "the estate of __________", the bank KNOWS the human being is deceased, even if they don't realize it. It may be the DEED is contained by that name, which is a intact different animal.

With a credit score of 780, I wouldn't verbs about getting the loan within your name.. Just settle up it off and start putting that pocket money into savings where on earth it will earn YOU some interest (instead of you paying it to the lender). You will benefit from paying it off by have 1). no mortgage payment and 2). full equity within the house.

Good for you for wanting to get this salaried off! Sounds approaching you have pretty honourable financial sense.

Other Answers:
You need to check beside a real estate attorney. Every state is different and since you hold been surrounded by a situation with an inheritance, that make a difference. I don't understand why if you adjectives the home that you also didn't notify the lender of the death and show proof that you very soon own the home and are paying the loan.

No.. as long as your identify is not on the mortgage it will not help your credit ratings....the edge already knows you enjoy been paying and it isn't allowing you to assume the mortgage.
Most imagined it is a low fixed rate and they want to make more money from it..so they won't shift for it.Instead they are hoping you will take out another mortgage at a better rate for 30 years !!
I'd check around for the best rates if you decided to run out a mortgage on it...
Will it be in your signature when it is paid bad ? If so then reward it off and return with the deed registered surrounded by your name. Not sure how the mound can have you paying for the mortgage if you are not the Executor of the Will .
If you agree on to use the equity in the house ,the reality you have be paying off the loan and enjoy proof of it,should help you after No you are not going to get any credit contained by your file for this. Since the loan will be compensated in a year next I would not refinance the note. You enjoy a great score already. Just trademark sure they record the release of lien that the home is placed contained by your name individual so the deceased estate can be closed for devout. This can be done by going to thee county records bureau and recording next to them in the deeds bureau the death licence if need be.

low credit ranking?

how do I improve my credit evaluation? someone asked this question up to that time and the best answer mentioned something about an unsecured credit card what is that? and what else can I do to repair my credit?

Answers:
You hold to have a consistent narrative of on time payments. If your credit is already worn out due to non-payment, ruin, etc, you may have to turn with a secured credit card. This is where on earth you put cash down to own collateral to cover your credit line. Some bank offer secured loans. The instrument that works is to open a Certificate of Deposit (commonly referred to as a CD). It is approaching a savings sketch, but you cannot withdraw the money. You do earn interest on the money within a CD. Then you cart a loan out against the CD. When you income interest on the loan, some of that is work against by the interest you earn on the CD. Another chance is to get a small credit flash on a department store credit card. A lot of them will give you a credit queue pretty easy to capture you to buy clothes, etc. Places like Old Navy and the Gap for example. Get a small credit column, say in the region of $100, and then buy something beside the credit card. Make sure to pay it hindmost on time every month and purely make minimum payments for in the order of a year to show consistency. One of those options should restore your credit score. Always product it a number one priority to pay your debts. A fitting credit rating can save you thousands of dollars contained by the future. It in reality costs people more within the long run when they don't pay their debts.

pay rotten all the bills you owe on that have gone to collections,
it will take you something like three years. also make sure you compensate all your bills ahead of time while you are doing this.
send for your credit company for a read out and work from there use this resource for aid

Don't capture credit cards - they're a really bad channel to manage your money. If you transport a balance, you shutting down up paying more for everything because of interest and fees.

It won't have much of an impact on your credit win, but if you have tons of dosh in money (lenders WILL look at your savings statement records), they will realize that you are able to muddle through your money well and will extend you good rates on a mortgage (the ONLY article you should ever borrow money for, because it appreciates in value).

Save change for a cheap car, after keep positive and trade-up with your trade-in and change (no loan). And NEVER, EVER buy a new saloon - they depreciate too quickly.

My two cents worth.

what can I do to attain collections rotten of my narrative for bills that I enjoy compensated my partly on but my x have not?

According to the divorce decree, we are to reimburse half and partially for what My insurance does not cover on the kids. I made arrangements with creditors to pay cheque my half. They no longer contact me for money but they still account the debts as being owed on my credit report. I cannot purchase a house for my children next to these on my record. There is no indiscriminate of him paying them, concidering he is over $5,000 behind surrounded by child support. I am at a loss and do not know what to do. I guess I can wiat out the 7 years for them to be removed, but each year that ticks by makes me more suseptible to the problems/effects of Renting.

I have, copious times. You will get the thoroughly same reply. File a complaint, we will investigate it and send you a report inwardly 30 days.

End result....no help at adjectives.

And in this crust you will have a hugely difficult time getting it removed. But give it a shot.

Send a copy of the court papers that utter EXACTLY what your ex is supposed to pay. If it say he pays off Credit card X them show it! But it have to be very specific.

The creditors will not work next to you or help you. You are both liable for the debt, so they are going to attempt to be in motion after whoever they can with the most money. Your court papers will mingy nothing to them.

I've be there! They attempted to step my wife because her ex-husband didn't pay his share of the court settlement. The lies and threats she go through scared her to destruction until I got involved.

Just maintain trying, call them up, and see what you can do.

Good luck.

what type of lien can i folder on someones property for non clearance of debt?

real estate business gone bad.

Answers:
Time to parley to a real estate attorney. Many charge a small fee ($50-100) for an initial consult and recurrently that's all you'll requirement.

Mechanic's lien is only if you are a contractor and hold done work on the property.

If the deed is not surrounded by your name, you are no longer responsible for the taxes.

HOWEVER, if you carried fund the mortgage for the new owner, you COULD lose your property because of unpaid duty bills. You need to speak to a lawyer and start eviction proceedings (if this is the case).

your best bet - articulate to a real estate attorney.

Other Answers:
mechanics. they're other golden.
caveat it,go to your advocate tohave it done for you.
What do you mean by a "real estate promise gone bad?" Unless you own a deed of trust or mortgage, you may not know how to attach a lien -- the trust deed or mortgage is the lien. If the buyer back out in bleak faith beforehand closing, you can keep the earnest money surrounded by most cases but that's about it. What does your contract influence?

The mechanics lien is only for tradesmen to ensure transmittal for work and materials. Unless you're a licensed tradesman, and performed work on the property, you probably won't know how to file one.

Does Lexington Law Firm really work to fix your credit ??

Answers:
Yes. What they do is send out a bombardment of letters to the credit bureaus constantly disputing every derogatory item on your credit report. The junk mail are all mitt written on plain paper and claim to be from you. I used them once and I received a dispatch that was supposed to budge to a credit bureau but had be mis-addressed to me.

This is nothing you can't do for yourself. You in recent times have to be of a mind to lie and vote that every negative item is not yours and that you want it rotten your credit report immediately. You hold to be willing to do this every month for a year or two if called for. That's how it works and that's all in that is to it.

Every time you send contained by a dispute the credit bureau has to investigate it and verify the truthfulness of the disputed item. If they are unable to verify it inwardly 30 days then they hold to take that item bad your credit report. So Lexington Law Firm just keep sending these letters until finally a validation does not get done contained by time. I had a great frequent things removed this way.

What are the statute of limitations within Washington State for money owed by an individual for utility bill?

This bill is from another state where we own not been for 3 and 1/2 years. Nothing have ever been done beside it on credit report except to continue to enumerate it. It is being down by a collection agency, not the original creditor. Nothing have ever been added to the ingenious amount and I believe the amount was remunerated as the result of the sale of the house it would hold been attached to. Credit report states it will be removed as of Jan. 2010. Should we a short time ago leave it alone and rebuke it?

Answers:
First, you need to find out from the untested creditor if the lien was indeed cleared contained by the house sale. A lien is a court thing and DOES stay on the record for ten years, although once compensated, the credit record should articulate that the debt has $0 owing (the debt WILL still be on the record). Your credit diary lets potential credit lenders panorama how you handle financial matter. The fact that you disappeared a bill unpaid and it led to a lien that be cleared by a property sale is pertinent financial information just about you. Paying a bill does not mean that it disappears from your credit, merely that the former debt should reflect a not anything balance. If you enjoy proof that the debt is paid and provide the proof to the reporting agency, they are obligated to correct what they hold reported. If this does not happen, afterwards you may write to the company making the report (Experian, etc) and dispute the debt, providing proof to support your claim.

Will a credit card company directory a judgement against me for a $2,000 6 year prehistoric debt??

Answers:
Hard to say
Thats a small amount and here are lots of defaults bigger
to shift after legally. After 6 years its smaller quantity likely that they will
See if ( on your credit report) they hold already "written it off" (charged opff account) then its a finished do business and even less feasible they will go for legally recognized actions

Worst valise they do
and they can attach wages ie garnishment
My gut hunch is that amnt that old NO
but I could be wrong

Other Answers:
If they're jerk they will. Or it's possible they have already and you only just haven't been served. Hopefully since it have been so long they own written it off, if it is a generous company that may be even moreso. My suggestion would to just hang on to an eye on it, and if you ever file collapse don't forget about that debt.

I work surrounded by a law organization that handles Judgments, and credit, and bankruptcy every day.

I doubt very seriously they will filch legal movements. That is why they charge so much in interest fees. they want to get sure they have that extra money to cover their butts when one doesnt repay their bill. So, when you make your credit card payments, and you wage all that extra interest, that finances you are paying for someone else that didnt pay their bill, the company loses no money. dont shed any tears over it, they will be ok. It will stay on your credit report for 7-10 years, and yes it will show as a "charge off", but, wont drop rotten for a long time.

And also remember, even if you want to pay it sour after its been labeled as a charge stale, youre making a big mistake, that will LOWER your credit score. I know it seem like it should trade name it bigger, but at this stage, you need to build a decision, MAKE PAYMENTS on it, or freshly let it drop bad in time. I salaried off lots of my CHARGE OFFS. And it made my score stir down because it brought it back to duration and showed an "extremely derogatory" account beside Experian. If you are trying to get credit, reimburse them off and try to obtain another source of credit coming in, approaching and Aspire, or First Premier card, maybe even a small secured card from the dune. That will make your credit boost while you are paying rotten your 6,000 dollar debt. But only do this if you are trying to get hold of a loan or credit for something.
Source(s):
Recent experience If the debt is already 6 yrs. old, they will most plausible give up on collecting. States hold statutes of limitations on collecting debts. SOL can be any where from 3-15years depending on the type of debt. Most repeatedly SOL is 3-7yrs.
If the credit card company tries to sue and it's beyond the SOL, they would be in betrayal of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Also check your credit reports. They will tell you the date the story was closed and when the portrayal will be taken off. Most of the time it should be taken rotten around 7 years after that date, but depending, it could be 10. While only the credit card company can truly answer this sound out, there are some issues to swot from it. First, a credit card company does not file a judgement -- they folder a lawsuit. The judge issues a sentence. If the defendant (the cardholder) does not show up, the judge will promising issue a default perspicacity in favor of the plaintiff (the creditor).

It is a devout idea to get used to yourself with your state's statute of limitations (see cooperation below). A statue of limitation (SOL) is the time frame during which a creditor can report a lawsuit. If the SOL runs out, the creditor cannot file a lawsuit. However, this does not erase the debt or stop creditors from attempting to collect. If you build any payment on the vindication, this action could stop or reset the statue of limitations -- giving the creditor another 3 to 15 years to record a lawsuit against you (statue of limitation collection from 3 to 15 years, depending on the state and the type of debt/account).

Sometimes creditors may become more agressive as the statue of limitation is more or less to run because this may be the creditor's last luck to go through the court system to collect.

Lawsuits are costly and post-judgment debt collection is a hassle. Most experienced collection attorneys know this. However, if you are facing a lawsuit or a threat of a lawsuit, you may want to consult an attorney licensed to practice imperative in your state and who is acquainted with debt law (and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, aka the FDCPA).

The amount of the outstanding balance is not other the measure by which creditors want to file a lawsuit. While it does be paid better business sense to only sue for larger balance, some creditors will sue for small balances. Sometimes, a creditor will settle the debt for just about half (or less) of the outstanding set off after obtaining a favorable shrewdness and realizing the cardholder is unqualified to fully pay the debt.

It also depends on the creditor and the collection canon firm to which the credit card company assigned the account. A minority of creditors and ruling firms are "sue-happy" but most are more reasonable. Also, sometimes a threat of a lawsuit is merely a tactic to place their account difficult in your chronicle of debt-payoff priorities.

So, the only honest answer to your query is: "Maybe, if the statute of limitations has not run... it merely depends on the creditor and/or the law firm assigned to collect on your commentary."

However, if your account is inside your state's statute of limitations, then a lawsuit may be a genuine possibility. And if a lawsuit is a possibility, then enforcement exploit is possible (if the creditor obtains a favorable judgment), such as wage garnishment (depending on your state).

Does leasing a contemporary motor lower your credit win?

I recently lease a new BMW from the contractor. I subscribe to Experian's credit report/score service. Prior to the new lease my ranking was aroun 725. 2 months after that it has dropped to 688. There have been no other act on my report except the new coup. No other accounts and everything still on time and current. Im 20 years weak so my credit history is not that long yet but I be told car financing usually brings up your credit gain. Any ideas as to why it would drop this much? Thanks!

Answers:
Here is the promise. Every time ANY ONE pulls your credit, that is you or a creditor, you are docked points. The lone exception to this rule would be if you are a Guarantor on a loan for an LLC or something like that which would require broken up account reviews that wouldn't doc your credit chalk up.

Yes, the car lease MAY boost your win when you have a year or more of no postponed payments, etc. but to get that lease, they pulled your credit at 2-5 points. Add to that your subscription, at 2+ points a report, and you enjoy just taken 37 points bad your score.

My guidance to you would be to discontinue your subscription to Experian. Unless you have a core problem with a creditor or you havea function to be concerned about identity appropriation, that subscription will do more harm than well-mannered. Most states have a regulation that entitles each consumer to 1 free credit report every 12 months. It won't enjoy a score on it, but it will allow you to see what is out within.

Something else to condider is every 18 months or so pulling a tri-bureau report. They are the most comprehensive report because they are pulled from Trans Union, Equifax and Experian, the 3 most often used reporting bureaus.

It is obedient that you are concerned about your credit, but don't walk crazy over it either. By the mode, a scoreof 688 is good. A 725 at 20 is awsome. It may adjectives be new credit, but to be precise a great place to start. Keep up the good work.

WHY ARE YOU (F)LEECING A NEW CAR?? Don't you realize that you are paying the upmost premium possible for it? Because you are only paying for the element of the car you use (however long the fleece is, typically 2-3 years), you are paying for the MOST EXPENSIVE time of owning this car. NEW cars depreciate hurriedly - it will drop in significance just by driving it sour the lot. At the end of adjectives those payments, you give the sports car back to the hawker! The dealer is letting YOU embezzle the depreciation, then THEY bring to sell the motor and make even MORE profit!! If in that is ANY way to go and get out of this fleece, do it.

Here is the best way to buy a sports car - save change and buy a beater (OLD car). Keep saving what you WOULD own paid within payments for a year or two. Trade up to a newer (NEVER new) car next to your trade-in and your cash. Keep putting the money contained by savings and within another year or two, trade up again, same way (no loan). Before you kow it, you'll be driving a one- or two-year feeble BMW with NO PAYMENTS.

BTW - you didn't really nouns this car, it's more approaching renting. So your credit score dropped because you are committed to this stipend. If you make the payments in good time, your score should dance back up. 688 is still a biddable score, though.

Ditch the Experian service. If you're surrounded by the US, you can get a FREE credit report from EACH of the three trunk agencies once each year by going to http://www.annualcreditreport.... This is definitely FREE - you will not be asked for credit card or bank info. The best path to keep tab on your credit reports is to pull one report every four months from a different reporting agency.

Ironically enough, You hold to have credit to gain a credit card.. which you need a credit card to go and get. There are speciality cards from grocery stores. Capital One has a no credit credit card and in the same way for students. I'd start there.
If you are denied credit, check your credit report. There may be some things on in attendance that are erroneous, and you are entitled by law to present your side or enjoy errors changed.

You are entitled to one free credit report per year from each of the three credit reporting bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You are also entitled to one whenever you are denied credit.

Go to annualcreditreport.com to connect to any of the three agencies and catch a free copy of your credit report.
Decent payment history on loans and credit.
Here I thought if you be breathing you could get one.

You don't obligation a credit card. So stop applying (all those app's hurt your credit score and product it even less predictable you'll get one). Put some money into a hoard account and income cash for the stuff you buy. If you get the impression you need to establish credit, get hold of a SMALL car loan ($1000-$1500) consequently pay it bad in a year. Then put that (loan payment) money into a vehicle replacement fund (savings account) and in a couple of years, trade-up, loan free near your trade-in and cash. Keep this up and you'll hold some pretty nice cars before long (but NEVER by unmarked cars, they depreciate too quickly)

If you've been denied credit because of credit issues, you can procure a FREE credit report from the credit reporting agencies. I think you enjoy something like 30 days. If it's long-gone the time or they give you some other common sense, get your free credit report anyway from annualcreditreport.com. Check for errors - I read somewhere that something resembling 1/4 to 1/2 of all credit reports contain errors.

If here are legitimate black results (poor credit), take consideration of them by paying them off. If at hand is misinformation (illegitimate black marks), send a CERTIFIED epistle to the reporting agency challenging them to verify the info. They enjoy 30-60 days (I don't remember exactly how long) to either verify it or remove it.

Stay away from credit cards. You expire up paying more for everything you buy on them.

Talk to your mortgage broker or realtor. They can speak about you EXACTLY what you need to do to procure that loan. Don't close any accounts, don't OPEN any accounts. Go directly to your mortgage broker. They're the ones who will be getting you the loan, so they're the ones who will know.

FREE ADVICE - don't let them explain to you how much home you can afford (the current recommendation is 3X your current salary). You involve to tell THEM how much you can afford, base on your current shelter payment (rent or mortgage). YOU are the one who have to make the payments, not them. Don't forget to tag on in taxes and insurance if they'll be remunerated out of escrow.

And remember (if you've never owned a home) YOU will be responsible for all keeping and repairs, so plan on setting aside some money for that, too.
contact the creditor ask them to put a nuetral or paid as agreed splotch on reprt explain your buying home. usually they will make a makeshift mark or sometimes a irretrievable one to help you after you enjoy paid them past its sell-by date. dont close the crads you paid bad you need 3-5 influential accounts to raise chalk up.

Who do I nickname to report a collections agency for calling me at work?I hold told them to stop and they wont.?

I am looking for a fedral agency that can fine this company if they continue.

Answers:
All these fine responses, and not one soul actually answered your request for information. lol

First my war cry...you are more or less to go to time of war. Do NOT fight these guys unarmed. Knowledge of the tenet is your only weapon!

Read the connection below. This is the Fair Debt Collections Act. All the answers you need are right here.

The federal agency contained by charge is the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). As noted in the regulation, they have "Administrative" control over collection agencies. But that's not what you want.

Read the canon below....

================

§ 805. Communication in nouns with debt collection [15 USC 1692c]

(a) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY. Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express authority of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer contained by connection near the collection of any debt --

(3) at the consumer's place of employment if the debt collector knows or have reason to know that the consumer's employer prohibits the consumer from delivery such communication.

================

Therefore, your first step is to contactthe collection agency, and give them a "cease and desist" direct. Be sure to put in the dispatch that they must not contact you at your place of employment.

Send this letter by certified post. You don't need a return receiving because you have a tracking number on the certified messages slip they give you. Go online and bring back the delivery confermation and free yourself the return receipt excise.

Now, if they call you again, on to Step #2!

==============================...

§ 813. Civil liability [15 USC 1692k]

(a) Except as otherwise provided by this bit, any debt collector who fails to comply near any provision of this title with respect to any individual is liable to such person within an amount equal to the sum of --

(1) any actual damage sustained by such human being as a result of such failure;

(2) (A) within the case of any act by an individual, such additional damages as the court may allow, but not exceeding $1,000;
(3) surrounded by the case of any successful undertaking to enforce the foregoing liability, the costs of the action, together next to a reasonable attorney's levy as determined by the court. On a finding by the court that an action lower than this section be brought in discouraging faith and for the purpose of nuisance, the court may award to the defendant attorney's fees reasonable contained by relation to the work expended and costs.

====================

Therefore, if they call your employer, and he would agree to appear surrounded by court, you have a slam-dunk court satchel. Run down to small claims court and file a suit against them for $1000. The cost is around $25 for this. And you can incorporate that cost to what they pay you.

The idea collection agents get away next to this crap is because you don't know the law. They are ARMED! They alreadly know the tenet. Now you do too!

Other Answers:
well i presume you cannot stop an collection agency to bid on you for collection of money that is due to them, but what you could do is to speak to your loaner and ask him for time and till that time those collection guys will not appear
first you want to write down the name of a personality who calls explaining the reason, then ask him to collaborate to his supervisor. usually this works. because it is actually unconstitutional for any colection agency to call you at work and they can be fined for that.
earnings your debt or even a dollar
Actually the fair debt collection stroke of 1987 I believe states that they can't harass you at your place of employment. If you clear them $10 A MONTH THEY CANT BOTHER YOU.
lol i have the anwser
narrate your boss
and your boss can call the loan ower
its the best channel to get things done
beacause your boss and threted them beside tresspassing
trust me it will work
i am pre-law
e-mail me if you need anything else
Simply convey a certified letter to the collection agency calling you stating that you CEASE adjectives communications. Include the work number they call you at as a number you are cease. One more call...supply the letter to a advocate...and you have yourself a lawsuit...that you will WIN...
I would also contact the lender and set up a settlement plan. If this collections agency is really harassing you needlessly, you could always try reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I work surrounded by a front office where on earth we have organization out in the shop. We occasionally enjoy creditors call for the guys. Next time they hail as, tell them I enjoy asked you to stop calling me at work and if you do not I will involve a lawyer surrounded by this matter. That may work better if you pretend to be someone else though! If they enjoy a number other than your work number, calling you at work SHOULD be considered bullying. Offer to start making payments on your debt and if they won't accept the sum you offer, specifically the same as them aphorism you don't owe them anything.....supposedly...
you can call the police if they don't stop to name but i would go to the bureau and start yelling at them and next if they still didn't i'd call the piggerdogs

Actually it is illegal for them to name you at work if you've told them not to. In some states like California, they can hail as your work only once...to verify employment..and they can't state that they're a collection agency.

Report them to your state Attorney's General organization and to the Federal Trade Commision.
My boyfriend used to work for a collections agency, and in proclaim to get them to stop calling you, you must narrate them to remove your name out of their database, or remove your baptize off of their collections account. They should stop calling you then.
Tell them (preferably contained by writing) that you do not wish to be call at work. They are not prohibited from calling you at work, and they work on commission, so they're going to try to harrass you as much as possible to get their money. However, if you report to them not to call you at work, they are required by canon to respect that.

Here's a sample reminder to send them:

I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. Thats Illegal.
You write them a missive to them asking them to stop. In the letter, document all the date and times that they called, and articulate in the memorandum that you have asked them repeatedly to stop. Sign the dispatch, and keep a copy for yourself, contained by case you hold to take them to court.
Be sure to date the message, documenting EVERYTHING in the communication. They will stop, but they may start back after a few months. (They will miss it to another agent, or another company may buy the debt). When they start back, transport them a copy of the old memorandum, attached to the new one proverb how you are going to "take further action" if they don't stopp calling you at work, and that they are in despoliation of the Fair Credit Act. {Don't say what the further doings is.} Tell them they may contact you by mail simply.

In your spare time you need to look up the Fair Credit Act on the Internet and read it. It is a must read for adjectives who have credit. Creditors play on misgivings of consumers because they don't know consumers don't read and don't know their rights.

Hope I helped ya out.....
if it is a 3rd group collector (company working for the actual creditor) and you tell them to stop and they don't, they are violate the fair debt collection practices. you entail to bring that to their attention. However, if it is the actual creditor, that rule does not apply because they are m=not bound by the fair debt collection practices as they are not considered 3rd participant. Any pymt arrangements you make, stick to them....try calling them earlier they call you. work beside them and pay what you owe.
They won't stop until you are demise, arrested or the debt is paid surrounded by full.
