Credit cards?

Question:
is there any credit cards that you qualify for once u turn 18 and dont enjoy any acounts in ur credit history? because im trying to build my credit chalk up... please let me know any store that give u credit card. thanks!

Answer:
A guaranteed approval credit card are habitually used by those who have a bleak credit history and are unable to gain a normal credit card. But a great benefit of these types of cards is that will serve to improve your credit rating as all right as providing you with the benefits that a everyday credit card has to tender. Often the limit for these types of cards will largely range between $5,000 and $10,000.

When applying for a guaranteed approval credit card usually no credit checks are required. However, although you will be approved for such a card regardless of your income or credit history largely they will have superior interest rates compared to normal credit cards.
American Express is the best for credit card. you can apply online for americam express credit card at: http://www.credit-card-gallery.com/ameri...
here you can compare and choose a best one according your requirments.
I would recommend avoiding 'store' credit cards altogether. They usually own extremely high interest rates (23.99%-29.99%) and other undetected fees. You might want to consider a credit card for people next to poor / no credit here:

http://www.asapcreditcard.com/unsecured-...

While these offers tend to enjoy higher interest rates and other fees when compare to 'standard' credit cards-- you'll pay much smaller quantity than a store credit card. Plus, they'll give you the unsystematic to prove your creditworthiness and improve your credit chalk up.

Eventually... with regular, on-time payments-- you'll be capable of apply for better offers beside lower APR's and less fees.

Hope this help. GOOD LUCK!

I'm not aware of any time-frame in which they must reply, beyond which they appointment off your debt! If in that was it would be contained by your paperwork but you say you don't own it.

Why .. what are you trying to get away near? You're dealing with two intensely large companies here and they'll be the ones who pocket you for a ride if you're simply trying to dodge paying off a load/vredit agreement.

How long is the keep on to apply for a topical credit card after Personal Bancruptcy?

Question:
I filed for chapter 13 Personal Bancruptcy 7 years ago. I be just wondering: How long can someone lurk to aquire a new strip of credit; Is it 7 or 10 years now? I'm asking Because just now my Personal Bank sent me a Pre-Approved Unsecured Credit Card Application via the net. I bursting it up w/ my Personal Info. Thinking it was basically a fluke then after roughly a week,Lo and behold ,a Brand Spanking New Unsecured Credit Card w/ my name on it! Right After that, i applied next to another Credit card company via the net, but it said that it can't process my application at this time. Iv'e be out of the hole for 7 years now so do you presume is it ok to apply for more New lines of credit?...any info or suggestions is highly appreciated ,God Bless & Thanks a million contained by advance!

Answer:
First bad, why are you trying to get another credit card? You involve to just use the one that you've get for a while and start rebuilding your credit. If you go getting too much credit, too quicklyt, you could extremity up right back surrounded by bankruptcy again.

You necessitate to start rebuilding your credit slowly. Use the card that you've got, but don't charge it up long-gone more then partly of the credit limit.Make sure you wages at least the minimum salary on time every month. This will give a hand rebuild your credit.

If you file your BK seven years ago, it is going to show on your credit report for three more years. Not everyone will approve you with this on your credit. The ones that do will probably charge you a difficult interest rate. You need to bring this slowly and prove to creditors that you are going to be more financially responsible this time around. After a little bit of time doing this, you will know how to get approved more near better interest rates.

If they see that you are trying to get deeply of new credit adjectives at once, this throws up a red flag to creditors. Everytime you apply for credit, it shows on your credit report as an inquiery. Not only do these lower your score, but they can make you look financially irresponsible to creditors.

So, a moment ago take it slow and you'll be fine!!
The issue isn't the credit card a bit yourself. If you are disciplined with your spending and how do you know you won't procure back to square one again? Would an alcoholic be allowed to travel back to drinking wines and be allright? My bottom rank is simple talk to a credit counselor and brand name sure you have yourself contained by order past you go spinal column to credit cards.
well on your credit it does show how several things you applied for tha could be why the 2nd one didnt take it cuz they saw only just that you applied for one and got it .. if i be you i be carefull on how many things you apply for because formerly you know it you might be back where on earth you started and all that work you invested into gettin out isnt worth the trouble .. i would a moment ago get close to one or 2 things of credit and keep it at that so you dont tumble back within but 7 years is a long time you shouldnt have any problems in recent times becarefull and good luck
Actually, you should enjoy started rebuilding your credit almost immediately after ruin. I had file for bankruptcy and have wondered why my credit score be so low, even though I had remunerated everything in currency, and I had no untried credit. I was told that I needed to go back to the beginning my credit and I would have to apply for credit cards. Now, I hold a $30,000 and it was easier for me to apply for loans for a investigational house, and I live in a modern house now. You inevitability to rebuild your credit. Just remember that some of the edge cards that you are applying for may have be banks that you go bankrupt on. I enjoy the same problem as you where on earth I have some bank that approve me and some banks that don't approve me because of the recent past bankruptcy. My ruin was contained by 2000.

Pre-determining interest rates

Most balance verbs offers are honourable for only the first 6-9 months of enrollment. At the conclusion of the introductory rate, the card will convert to a more standard rate, typically between 14-20%. Depends if the charges be legit or not.
ALso be sure to factor in how much the company will charge you to reclaim.
If the difference between what they charge and what you reclaim is $100 or smaller number. DOnt bother as the company might charge you if they get the money or not.
So let say the wall has $400 you want to reclaim and the company will charge you $300 to acquire it back.
Might as very well cut your losses since you might have to clear the $300 either means of access and instead of getting back $100.00 you might very soon be $700 in the hole!

First Direct you get an interest free one, but to avoid paying fees you should unstop a savings commentary too (don't have to put much within it!)
think they are adjectives about alike
all bank have that if you friendly up a saving story with a set sum surrounded by there to cover the checking tale.
halifax without a doubt the best guard around i changed from the tsb/lloyds to there and i acquire a FREE overdfraft facility and it goes up nearly every month apt luck!
Every bank have the Current Account facility which allows for overdraft though there are eligibility conditions for it !
in the present day, I dont think they will dispense an overdraft as soon as you open a guard account, the bank are on the ball in a minute.

You need to build up your vindication activity afterwards after about 6 months you may be capable of get one.
im a big devotee of smile.co.uk - part of the co-operative dune

they offer a lb500 "duty free" overdraft as standard, its not interest free but you dont achieve charged money every time you use it.

you can lodge money via any post office and the money lodgement is instant, unline other online bank such as cahoot where it take like 3-5 days to show up on your rationalization.

What Credit Card can I catch at age 17?

Question:
I am 17 years old, I work full time and budge to college full time. I have have a checking account for 1 year beside a debit card at BOA, I have never overdrawn or have any issues with the reason. I pay my own saloon payment as all right as my insurance. I want an early start on earn great credit, where can I receive a credit card at such a young age?

Answer:
you can't achieve a credit card if you're underage, unless you have a co-signer. 18 will come soon adequate.

Be carefull with credit!! VERY VERY undemanding to spin out of control!

*pre-paid credit cards DO NOT affect your credit.

Credit is established so that bank, lenders, and sellers are predisposed to loan you money on large purchases (cars, homes, etc.), knowing that you are more promising than not to re-pay them. "Good credit" means that you clear your loans back contained by full and on time, but you don't really hold "great" credit, until you establish a history through borrowing again and again.

That being said, a biddable credit score is earn over time. it is not a fast process. so... whether you bring a credit card at 17, 18, 19, or 20 it isn't going to make much of a difference. But you're working towards a purpose that isn't necessary for years to come. don't sweat it! you're still a juvenile!! ENJOY IT! Go to the mall!
You can't take a credit card until you are 18, but you can get prepaid ones.
You inevitability to be legally 18 years of age. You can own your parent/s co-sign for a credit card for you.
You're playing with fire, man. I would insist on against getting a credit card at 17.
At seventeen you are not legally allowed to enter into a contract yourself.
That mortal said:
Some banks own debit/credit cards.
There are some pre-pay credit cards.
And your parents could co-sign for one.
I think you can pretty much win any credit card. Just go online and own them send you an application.
You want to be legally 18 years of age. but you can apply for prepaid credit card.
A prepaid debit card is a great solution for abundantly of people because the money you spend is your own and within most cases you cannot spend over the amount you have within your account.

This is a righteous solution for people who may own had difficulties near debt or bankruptcy contained by the past because a prepaid debit card is a great tool for developing invaluable financial control and budgeting skills.

A major bonus of some prepaid debit cards today is that during the sign-up process you are offered an opportunity to sign up for an superfluous service that will help you go back to the beginning a bad credit history by have your monthly payments reported to one or more of the major credit reporting agencies.

My friend's 'boyfriend' applied for a credit card surrounded by her term. consequences of shopping to police?

Question:
He has gone up to 500pd put a ceiling on, in four months since open, gone over limit twice by a few pounds, missed one donation and late on another. How would this affect her credit history? Finally persuaded her to progress to police.

Answer:
It is fraud and identity theft within any country. Have the jerk arrested.

Contact the credit card company. She'll probably enjoy to give them adjectives the info on her hopefully now ex-boyfriend.

If she does not follow through on this and bails him out by letting it travel, it is going to screw up her credit diary.
if she has a police report stating her boyfriends pilfering then it should be wipe off her credit report
It should be currently showing on her credit report, discouraging stuff and all, hurting her credit rack up. If she does report it to the police, she should be able to prove she is a subject of identity theft and hopefully hold it removed without much trouble. If she doesn't report it, she is stuck beside it.
She is fully responsible for all the charges.
It will ruin her credit win. This is the deal. If she give him the information to get the card, near is nothing she can do but suffer the consequences of her mistake. If he stole her information or used it lacking her permission, he will walk to jail for fraud and she should report him rapidly to the police and press charges. Then promptly dump the loser.
im not sure depends on if she knew around it or not?! how does she know all these details or have she discovered statements?
Surely she would have to prove she didn't widen it by getting ex prosecuted...
if you can prove that its not her fault, for example the CCTV on brass point should prove she did not do it... best advice catch a new boyfriend... be delighted
Credit Card Fraud and Identity Fraud.
It will effect her credit record until the complete thing is cleared up and resolved. My recent experience have shown me that police and credit card companies are not very proactive contained by chasing up identity fraud, but it might help that she can signature the culprit. Credit card companies just chase the human being whose name is on the card. Good luck I hope you go and get it sorted out.
* If he applied for the card, via the internet say, minus her knowledge, hide the statements/receipts from her & she was completely ignorant of the situation then she shoulld aim legal direction immediately - its identity theft/fraud

* If she give him the information, such as the pin etc and she was responsible for paying the monthly bills.its her responsibilty

* If he know the details maybe given to him at a previous date due to her thinking him as trustworthy) and stole the card rotten her to make purchases she may be capable of claim fraud.

* If she has taken the card out lower than her name & consequently given it to him, all liabilty for payments etc is down to her

My suggestion would be to contact Citizens Advice

If it turns out not to be her fault, she will know how to get it removed from her credit narrative. If it was her guiltiness, she will be stuck with it im afraid!
She wants to get him arrested for this & to contact the card company to ensure that they dissolve the a/c.
Go to police now.

How Long Would It Take To Pay Off This Debt?

Question:
Currently I have a 500, dollar blance on my Cap 1 Card next to an apr of 20.55%.

I have a credit delineate of $2500, I plan on making on more big purchase, which would be around $150 dollars, It would be a digital camera. Bring my bill to around $700.

What is the best plan to tackle this debt. I want to hold it paid sour by June 1st. I'm in college and own a work study. And starting in much I plan to put partly of my pay check contained by to paying it off. Is this a Good Idea?

If you Have any suggestion please let me know.

Answer:
settle off debt as prompt as you can with the extra money you hide away. Dont' let a bunch of extra money sit surrounded by savings acconts because the interest on your credit vindication is much higher than the interest it make durning savings. Try to earnings off nearly $250/month if possible and you'll be done within about 3 months
You should other pay rotten high interest credit cards first. When I read out first, I mean-- before in your favour money, or even establishing an emergency fund. Your emergency fund can be your credit card. Your first priority should be paying off your card. It's not biddable to carry a symmetry on credit cards. The best way to use them (to establish apt credit), it to use 33% of your credit limit & foot it off at the back of each month (before you incur interest). I infer that this may not be realistic within this time of your life, but it's upright to keep contained by mind. In a student type situation, with low income, you may hold no choice but to use credit. Decide carefully as to what you are spending your money on, becuase if you put your card over the hamper it could take years to clear off. Good luck & be smart!
Assuming a $700 match and an interest rate of 20.55% and a minimun payment of 2% or $10, whichever is greater, it will steal you until April of 2015 to pay this bad unless you pay extra. Even if you made a consistent transfer of funds of $14 which should be your payment after you buy the camera...you would still be paying until August of 2013...abiding about two years.

To do this by June of this year, you enjoy to go bold! You hold to make a steady stipend of $148 per month from this month until June.

If you need to find the extra money, try what I do. Join SFI, a net marketing company, for FREE. No cost. One of the products is Website Hosting with a sitebuilder built within so you don't even need to know HTML. I marketplace this to small businesses in the nouns and make commissions sour the monthly hosting. Where I make the most money though is from designing the site. You see, even though it offer sitebuilder software, most businesses don't want the hassle and will pay you to build it for them.

I charge $99 for a 3 page site and $30 for optional pages which is a steal. Last month I made $600 on design fees alone. You could own paid rotten your current balance of $500 doing what I did second month!

Does it look doomed to failure on your credit report to settle a debt near a creditor?

Question:
Even if the amount you settled on is more than the amount of your purchases? Basically the money I am not wanting to pay is interest. Will this affect my credit poorly surrounded by the future?

Answer:
Sorry, but the three ethnic group who have posted aren't entirely correct.

If you settle an sketch, it WILL show up on your credit bureaus as "creditor accepted smaller number than amount due".

HOWEVER, that shouldn't stop you! It looks a lot better to a company looking to nouns something for you in the adjectives if you made a payment arrangement a bit than just letting the details completely go (a chargeoff). Also, the impact on your credit will not be nearly as severe.

Good luck!
No as long as the debt is rewarded off it removes a black mark off from your report.
Actually it will show that you are willing to formulate payments. Chances are if you had to resort to consulting beside a creditor, your credit is pretty much shot for a while anyway. It's still better than filing for ruin, but you are going to have to find a method of building your credit back up. Try getting a secured credit card and making small purchases and paying them rotten right away.
If they are willing to settle, afterwards they will also be willing to remove the overdue charges and increased interest. As long as you are willing to settle the actual amount and a little interest, they will be cheery. Also, if you are having financial difficulty they may volunteer to settle for 60% of the amount they want now. Once they adopt a settlement, there is no inscribe against your credit. Although there might be unsettled payment notice on your history.

Is your credit card information save on profile at your favorite online store?

Question:

Answer:
This is a very right question. As we own seen next to recent cases of breaches via large retailers customarily the answer in the offline world is YES but the online world is conceivably.

The answer depends on how the company receives the info. Some companies hang on to the credit card number and with others it go to a third party that verify that number to the merchant.

THe solution, is to get a special credit card that respectively time you order online, that number is just good for one transaction. So if it be stored then it could not be access by someone who called affect you. And you could verbs to use the card at another online site.

But another way to find out is to contact the credit and online service staff of your favorite store and ask them what method they use and if the will delete your credit card number after a clear in your mind amount of time (usually after the charge-back period) for you.

Good Luck
It is stored for online and brick-and-mortar stores regardless. It it stored to prove that you have purchased that item. Whether it is risk-free and secure, no describing really.

also its www.cashcrate.com the above is a refferal link you can use his if you want to. Also cashcrate pays surrounded by American$$$ by check which might create problems transferring to the Dinar.

How do theives use a found credit card number to steal from you?

Question:
I work for a credit card processor wher I am selling new credit card machines. Here is my put somebody through the mill, some of the older machines these merchants use print out the intact credit card number, expiration date and the customers name. I become conscious and wouldn't want my info on a receipt, but I am have trouble understanding how someone could bear my credit card number and actually spend on it? If they dance on the internet to buy something, their IP will get snatched and they would involve the 3 digit code on the back of the card to finish a transaction. If they turn into a store, they have to convince the banker to handkey the card number and they have to risk mortal seen on camera. So how is this such a big problem? What can a theif in actuality do with the number?

Answer:
that depends on how they get the number. if someone gets the number from the physical card later they will go online and simply use a public computer such as the library to trade name the purchase. if the card is in your mitt it will take adjectives of 1 second to read the 3 digit code on the back and remeber it. some relatives are great with numbers and could memorize your in one piece care number surrounded by seconds. if they run your card through a card reader consequently they can simply duplicate it on blanks later. this is the prefered method now since everywhere you go here is a self service terminal for you to swipe the card at so the thief will not even hold to show the card to the cashier. as for cameras. most citizens who drive 45 to 50 minutes from home ot commit a fraud will never be caught even if thier face is on a camera since not a soul there will see the person. it is why so masses people are doing this, because it is not as assured as you think to confine a professional thief.
Someone can use a public computer or someone elses computer to turn online. there are certainly some sites that do not require the security code to complete a transaction. others know culture who work in faultless stores and they just run the card for them. plus in that are some places that dont even ask for identification. simply drive to a friendly town with extra friendly general public and wala. it's very dejected.

Credit card stability verbs?

Question:
My Fiance has a credit card surrounded by her name, I also own the same card, but I am not the primary card holder. Is it possible for me to sign up for a credit card and verbs the balance of the other card to it, or does she own to be the one who is the primary card holder on the new card for the go together transfer to work?

Answer:
The human being requesting the transfer is the one who have to be the account holder. You can verbs her balance to your card. She can verbs your balance to her card. But you can't verbs your balance to a card you do not sign on, which is to read aloud, you can't put your balance on someone else's card minus their permission/signature. Or else, I would put my balance on your card!
Yes!
The bank don't care who owns the information.
You can be a secondary being on her card and transfer the balance then
Pay past its sell-by date your credit cards and get rid of them. Why are you paying that outrageous interest? Credit cards are a ripoff. They are cause millions of Americans to go into debt, retribution usurious interest, and even go into collapse.

You should never go into debt, save for for the purchase of a house. I know that this is not the way most population manage their money, but I am speaking from experience. If I don't own the money for something that I want, I can't afford it. It's as simple as that.

It's much better to put money in the ridge each payday, fairly than paying off credit card bills.
If you enjoy access to the payment information on splash or if you get her statements respectively month, YOU CAN TRANSFER THE BALANCE. If you call the cc company and ask for them to dispatch you courtesy checks, you can use them like a regular check (made out to anyone and signed by you since you are an authorized user).
Be sure to ask in the order of rates as some cc companies charge a fee i.e. higher to do this!
Call the credit card co first and ask this cross-examine. Some will ask to have the other acct holder's entitle as secondary on your NEW picture. Others don't care. After asking lots of them who say doesn't issue, found it does matter and will not do the verbs unless in SAME ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME ON BOTH ACCOUNTS. Good luck!
The credit card company doesn't meticulousness where the set off is being transfered from. As long as you're the primary vindication holder of the new article you want to transfer the go together to, you should have no problem.
There is nil inherently harmful next to transferring balances from one credit card to another. Your credit ranking can be negatively impacted by inquiries which are generated when you enlarge new accounts, down time accounts have be established, and the balance to credit demarcate ratio. Credit score risk indicators factor these issues, giving history (meaning what have taken place on an account inwardly the past 12 months) a full 35%. You can see how not even have an account for 12 months make it appear "new" as far as credit scores. Ideally, to build lofty credit scores, adjectives consumers need to hold 2 to 4 revolving accounts. These accounts need to be established untimely and never closed. They need to be charged on every month, ALWAYS remunerated on time, and the balance kept below 30% of whatever the credit contain is. I strongly recommend to all my clients to use their credit cards to build their credit score ONLY (making only nominal charges on them monthly, close to a tank of gas). Use a debit card for your regular purchases, shopping, anything else.
take all information roughly credit card at: http://www.credit-card-forums.com/forum/...
You have a supplimentry card arn't you?? It is another chore of you no need to obtain it joint near her,, Yes with your consent,, and hers plus the ridge

who govern the credit bureaus?

Question:
all three (3) credit bureas enjoy a different rating of your credit report... how to make adjectives of them so the same or similar credit rack up??

Answer:
The above answers are partly correct. The credit reporting agencies are govern by the Federal Trade Commission and state Attorney Generals, and they follow the laws of the FCRA. You can report a complaint with any of them, and you can dispute the accuracy of information on your credit reports beside each of the credit bureaus.
The credit win that you get depends on the content of the credit profile, and the version of the rack up used by the source of that credit score.
Information i.e. reported to one credit reporting agency is not always reported to adjectives three. That is because, in charge to report to a credit bureau, your creditors must pay a tax to be a business customer, and some creditors choose to report to 1,2,3, or none of the credit bureaus. You cannot make a credit bureau report information explicitly not reported to them, and you cannot add accounts to your credit report yourself.
