My credit card go together is over 50%. How long will it pinch my credit rack up to walk hindmost up?
Question:
Hi. I recently a moment ago got my first credit card ever and used it to formulate a $1600 purchase. The credit limit is $3000, so prominently I'm over 50% of the balance, and I freshly learned that's doomed to failure for credit scores. I expect to know how to pay rotten the purchase in the subsequent two or three months. Will my credit score budge back up without hesitation after I get the harmonize on my card down, or will it take a while? Thanks.
Answer:
Once your percent get to below 30% of your available credit, you will see improvements. They lower the percentage, the higher your potential mark is.
It will take awhile, it isn't as much nearly how much you have on your card, but the certainty that you make your monthly payoff on time, and the time you own the card. Your credit probably took 1 point ding, I wouldn't worry roughly it, just verbs to make minimums or much difficult each month and consequently when you get it to 0 consent to it sit there, you requirement to build up history on the credit card. Good Luck
Congrats on getting your first card and, more importantly, on caring ample to ask about the impact of a $1600 purchase.
Are you considering applying for credit any time soon?
If not, don't verbs about the impact to your win. In fact, consider, don't verbs, about the amount of interest you'll take-home pay for delaying full expense of the $1600 purchase.
That is, you indicated it will take you 2-3 months to earnings it off.
Unfortunately, the hit is much more than the one point suggested by a different poster.
Thirty (30%) percent of your FICO comes from "amounts owed."
Not a problem...unless you're considering unusual credit. If so, hold off. Get a credit history beside on-time monthly payments. Show responsibility with the card you enjoy.
Don't laugh..but really nurture it. Develop a long-term credit relationship and you will benefit.
Hope this help,
Best,
Mike
I be slow on a saloon wage and it showed up on my credit report and lowered my mark. How can I bring it UP?
Question:
Answer:
Pay all your bills ontime!
Another channel is to lower the amount of money you have on respectively credit card. They run a credit to utilization report to see how much you have on respectively credit card compared to the credit limit.
By paying down your credit card, you certainly increase your credit score!
I don't know exactly in the order of being slowly on a car giving, but if you are late 2 months on a credit card bill it is considered a 30 light of day delinquency and IS reported. Car payments may be similar. I work for a credit card company.
from now on money on time
Simple..
Pay your bills in good time. This includes Credit Cards as well as any loans. Over time the unpunctually payment will enjoy less and smaller number effect.
Don't allow the past to disturb you. Continue your payments prompt each month. The gain will build and you will gain the points back. Also know that you enjoy to be 30days late or more past it can be reported. So just because you are unpunctually doesnt necessarily mean you slow what reflects credit is when you recompense 30 days after the due date. Witin 30 days is not considered late on credit reports.
There is a free download software look at my profile for the url nouns. The software gives you a perspective of where on earth you are with your debts and give a strategy on how to clear them. Its shareware software that I used with some nouns. It just might backing you.
What age do u own to be to capture a debit card?
Question:
i am fifteen and i just get my first job and we go to the bank to see something like getting an account started and they said not simply does it cost $50 to start an account but i hold top be eighteen to get a debit card and checks how stupid is that. is it resembling this everywhere?
Answer:
I do not see why you have to be 18 to own one. As long as you are old ample to have a valid state ID. You should be ancient enough to enjoy a debit card.
That is stupid, But i bet you not to young to remuneration taxes. Can your mother and u sign up and she be the oversee. Sorry I couldn't ask the question direct never experience that past.
You HAVE to be 18 years old contained by order to bring a debit card. It's like that everywhere, I'm despondent to say.
YES, ONLY AT THE AGE OF 18 ONLY YOU ARE ATTAINING MAJORITY. HENCE ONCE, YOU COMPLETED 18 YEARS THEN ONLY YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY THING
I open a savings tale for my son. He cannot get a debit card until he is 18. He too is working his first available job and learning how to touch his money. I think it would be a doomed to failure idea for him to own a debit card at this point.
You have to be 18 to go and get checks because your signature is not legally binding until you are 18, so signing a check past you are 18 means nought! Most banks will make available you a bank card if you hold an account within, it will only work surrounded by the ATM but you can deposit and withdrawl money that way. It is pretty stupid that the mound charges $50 for you to have an narrative there, i would look for another edge!
I think 16 years ripened
If i own a credit card which accidentally go on the wrong social payment number, does that be a sign of I don't ha
Question:
wrong SSN as well as Last autograph?
Answer:
They WILL track you down... if it's to the wrong SSN and last nickname, it isn't you and by you using that card, you're committing fraud.
It means you must call for the credit card company and straigten the whole piece out. If you know it's the wrong number and name later you can be held liable for using it.
It means you better correct this error. Otherwise, you can be prosecuted for fraud. If it 'accidentally' go on the wrong name and SSN, that's ONE article. But, now that you're aware of it, you enjoy a responsibility to clear up the error AND pay any charges you incurred on that card.
That money you commited Credit Card Fraud!
You best get a credit card lower than your own name formerly you are found commiting fraud.. call the credit card company and inform them of the mixup. Cancel the card and bring one under your own christen.
they are all right. correct it immediately or they will put you in send down.
Nope, that means you are orifice yourself up for fraud charges.
i be sue contained by small court within 2002.I am retired very soon, never know i be sue.Can a collection company grasp compensated in a minute?
Question:
can a collection agency collect fro, my SS pension and my alliance pension?
Answer:
retired and short on lolly, huh? You need a unadulterated attorney for this one. I do not think they can attach SSI, but, they can probably attach your edge account which might be like peas in a pod thing.
Check beside your Union hall, some own attorneys that they work with who will do free work near members. Sometimes guys will work their instrument through school and stay within touch with the guys at the association hall by doing for a moment free or cheap work now and consequently.
If you belong to a religious or fraternal organization, phone up the "leader" or secretary. Often there will be a branch who does free or reduced cost work with member.
Finally, if you have still not have any luck, call the state inn and ask for a referral to someone who can do the work for free or at a reduced rate for a retired person.
In spite of anyone generally greedy and habitually fairly innocent about anything except the ruling they practice most attorneys are trying to be good relations and do good work.
Don't be put ff if the attorney seem stupid about things, most of the attorneys I enjoy known would not know vice grips from culvert locks, but, most of them have forgotten more going on for the law than you and I own ever known.
By the agency, this kind of piece happens relatively often. It have happened to me. Some one sues you and does not notify you properly. If you find out contained by the allotted time you can appeal and have the armour over turned and reheard. Generally if the scam artist figures out you enjoy a lawyer and are aggression they go away, "withdrawn beside prejudice" was the occupancy in my baggage. The idea is to return with a judgement and then put on the market the judgment to some collector or "investor" for 20-30 cents on the dollar.
Honestly, you should contact an attorney. Dont rely on comments here...
For very soon tell the collections company to dispatch you everything they have. If they hold on to harassing you, contact the police to help you.
If they are right and you be sued, find a consulting lawyer. Hopefully she can lay down some option for you.
definitely christen a lawyer...I don't appreciate how you could be sued without knowing it and them victorious.
They can collect from your union income, but I think they would hold trouble garnishing your social security. You didn't mention any details more or less the law suit, but it sounds to me similar to you might have a valise about just about how or if you were sued. If it's a huge amount of money to you, you should progress see an attorney. The other thing to try is contacting the imaginative plaintiff and see if you can work out a payment plan; if that fail, try the collectors. Finally, just because you are retired doesn't be a sign of that you can't file ruin.
I agree with Warren, you should consult an attorney.
They can't do anything near your Social Security, but there is the possibility that they can side dishes your union income.
What age do u hold to be to gain a debit card?
Question:
i am fifteen and i just get my first job and we go to the bank to see more or less getting an account started and they said not simply does it cost $50 to start an account but i enjoy top be eighteen to get a debit card and checks how stupid is that. is it approaching this everywhere?
Answer:
Yes, I'm afraid that it is. You can ask you parents to open a checking picture for you, or you can have them set up an sketch through visabuxx (http://www.visabuxx.com) I got one for my 13 year dated son. I put whatever money he get from holidays, allowance, odd job on it so that he can learn how to oversee his money.
Did you bring discern that Target Visa is moving from a switched rate to a unstable rate unless you exploit by 4/2?
Question:
I got thought today. It looked almost like second-hand goods mail. Any current balance will move to APR after 4/2 unless you notify them in writing.
Perhaps adjectives Target Visa's don't have indistinguishable terms, but I needed to give a head up.
Answer:
I use that visa card and nothing changed.
I guess this is because the economy is starting to build up... it's usually Prime + X%... as long as you pay envelope off surrounded by full, you won't notice.
If you use a debit card to out of harm`s way vote, a hotel room reservation, is that money still available to spend?
Question:
I was told by someone that near a debit card, the money that is used to reserve something, resembling a hotel room, will not be available to use until the transaction is cancelled. So say I have $500 on my debit card and the reservation (for a month away) was $300. Would that $300 still be available to use?
Answer:
You bequeath your card number to the hotel when you make the reservation within order to support the room. What that means is if you don't show up on the date you specified and by a reliable time, they will charge your card for the room. So yes your money is still available to spend unless you don't show up for the hotel reservation.
Typically when you make a hotel reservation, your card isn't charged at the time the reservation is made, individual when you check in and out.
I would double check near the hotel.
your card does not get charged till afteru check within the card is just to hold the room merely can. at least 24 hours past if your plans change other erudite u mite get charged
If you've put it down, unless you invalidate the reservation the money is charged for that purpose to your card. If you cancel the transaction, you must hang around for a credit on your statement for THAT 300 to be available. If you have more money available on the card, you can use 300 of that in the meantime. Respectfully, please dream up about it. 300 on the card is 300 on the card whether you skulk for a credit due to a cancellation of your reservation or use 300 from the money available on your credit smudge.
In my experience, no. That money is put on hold. Depends on where you walk to. My brother and I went to Cancun ultimate year and he made the mistake of reserving the room with his visa/debit card. He after was within a position where he needed dosh, and could not get it because the hotel have put a hold on his checking account for the amount of the stay. Better double check on this near the hotel. To play it safe, use a straight up credit card, DO NOT USE DEBIT.
no, once the reservation is booked, it stayes on in that. they also have a practice of putting a hold on your card once you book within for the hotel room charges (what they think it will amount to) and consequently once you check out, they acually take out the amount that you owe. they freshly put the hold on it to make sure they receive paid.
New Sears/Mastercard harrassment?
Question:
Ok folks..the last time I used my Sears (store only) card be to buy tires about 4 years ago. I didn't know they merged near CitiCorp and now hold a Sears Mastercard. My account be inactive since I solely use it for tires.
Suddenly I get a bill for 'account care' which I never have. Got that straight. Then a bill for $16 so I went ahead a compensated it. They sent me a gold Mastercard which I didn't want and I hold NOT activated it. Now a bill for unpaid fees. This is ridiculous.
I know, I need to bid them (once again) and be transferred to fifty different people. I will do that but I be wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. God, I despise money.
Answer:
Oh yeah, this stuff happens adjectives the time. Best to suck it up and call them. Usually they will fix it, but it does thieve going through their phone maze. I can see them laughing, "Dance little gerbil, HA HA HA!". grrr.
Banks hold made record profits contained by recent years by thinking of new charges and fees to squeeze out of customers. I read their annual reports, and am species of disgusted by how much money they make doing stuff approaching this.
There recently be a guy who testified roughly speaking this in front of congress who have a 3,000 dollar balance on his credit card, and get sick and couldn't pay, after over the course of 7 years or so, ended up paying $6,000 worth of penalty and fees and STILL owed the original match plus some. Oddly enough, after he testify in front of Congress, the edge decided that they would be "nice" and forgive the debt. I notice that they didn't give any of the money backbone.
I am as much of a capitalist as anyone, but there are times when businesses lose verbs of ethics and provide in to greed.
Good luck surrounded by trying to get this fixed.
Yes. Back contained by olden times I used to have a Sears card that I never carried a symmetry on. This card was close to all department stores cards at the time and have a 22% interest rate. I only used the card when I could discharge the entire balance. I forgot that I even have that card. I received a Sears Gold mastercard and the interest was supposedly 8.5%. I used the card for awhile and lo and behold, I looked at my monthly bill and I be being charged interest at 22%. Called Sears and be told that when you get a untried card, if you had an ancient card, the prior interest rate applies. I cancelled the card. Paid them off. And what should appear on my credit report but a stability to Sears of 2000 but no activity on the details. I had requested reversal and had be paid bad for over two years. In applying for a new mortage, I be told I had 3 helpful credit cards. I only use two. Sears never showed my side as closed or paid past its sell-by date. They put the account surrounded by inactive status but still showed the antediluvian balance and that the card be still open. When I call this time, I stated that I wanted a note in writing that my depiction was compensated off and closed. They did transport me this letter. Hope I am done near them.
They're going to sue me. What can I do?
Question:
Citibank is going to sue me for my credit card debt. I'm a 22-year-old full time student without much money, working unsophisticatedly minimum wage. This is like a nightmare I can't rouse up from. I'm completely depressed and I feel approaching this is the end of the world.
Answer:
I used to work contained by collections.
We literally had a inventory of things to say. Our demanding collections company had around 100 empire workingand turnover was big...if we could hold on to a person on the phones for a month, that be good. We have to make at most minuscule 10 calls an hour. The bank's computers would print out a index of names, address, phone numbers, and $$ the person owed. The bank would send us a register every week to work on. Right now you'd be on that index. There are over 5,000 on the list. And we'd verbs all kind of lines to get population to pay. Banks, hospitals, credit card companies, etc. would adjectives sign a contract with us. Our commission was to attain people to rate their debt, money that they owed them. That "sue" line, okay, we had to be cautious with that one. The simply place where I would use it be with college students and the elderly. They be vulnerableyou could scare them into paying something, somehow. That's what they'r doing next to you. And when you say, "THEY" . You are getting a name from a guy/lady/or, high university dropout, who sits at a desk all sunshine and makes phone call. Kind of a boring job. I stayed at hand over a year. Our collections company paid capably, lots of vacation, etc. Anything to gain us to stay. It's not CitiBank itself. I mean CitiBank have approximately 4 million (4,000,000) credit cards out there. CitiBank be one of our accounts. They have millions of $$ they'r waiting for. They'll never capture it all as you would expect. But if we could get I don`t know 2% of that for them, they were elated, and they'd let us preserve the contract...2% was appropriate! And they'd have I don`t know 25 other collections agencies like us adjectives across the U.S. doing the same article. It's big business and we literally had just about 250 banks asking us to back them. And actually here are really over a thousand credit card companies out there. It's a big business.
If I call you, got you panicky!, I'd tell you that this is the 5th attempt we're looking at your details and if we don't see some activity from you, we'll put you on a defaulting list, and if after 2 weeks we don't CONSISTENTLY see money coming surrounded by from you, we will give your story to our Legal Staff of lawyers and you might POSSIBLY expect them to ring you before they would agressively work on your previous due account. And, A Supervisor is going to survey your activity! THAT would return with you going, worried! And if we got something $$, at least possible something, the bank's computer somewhere in New York city, or San Francisco, or somewhere, would be happy - a computer bullish?!?!
You're o.k. Do something though. Plainly, send them some money. Don't kind them put you on a list. Well, I guess you're on one presently. Eventually get stale of it. Write them a brief note and influence that you're concerned, worried, and promise to do something this month for start. And then DO IT in a week or two - right away! You HAVE to keep your financial promise. You're o.k. Sleep economically, and don't worry TOO much. You're one of millions who hold received "THE CALL" !
You can't get blood from a rock. Don't sweat it. Don't bring any more credit cards and just be REALLY HAPPY when they telephone and tell you they are going to sue you. They are lately trying to intimidate you! Talk to your parents.
Go to the citizens advice beaureax (spelt it wrong I think) they hold specialist people who can assist you with this. And their help/advice is free.
We see this adjectives the time...students or young adults return with hold of a credit card and start racking up the charges along with the hefty APR and find themselves within a hole they can't get out of.
If you with the sole purpose knew consequently what you know now, right?
You obligation to STOP using any other credit cards you might have and work near Citibank to get this past its sell-by date your credit record which, right immediately is not looking too good.
At 22 you own many things you'll want to do, buy a vehicle, get married, purchase a current house, etc. and for this you need to enjoy good, ingrained credit.
I only hope that other babyish people starting out surrounded by the credit world will take file of this and perhaps swot a lesson from what they read here.
Good luck!
All you can do is file-bankruptsty when i was your age i knowledgeable the hard-way about credit too ...bank cards will get you within trouble you need a attorney or some money to pay plenty to get em sour your back for awhile( own a ski-mask lol) sorry dude
in good health don't worry energy will continue u must be worried its fruitless for u. god made us with eyes contained by the front of our head so we don't look stern. try to find a lawyer and after if u cant find one just progress for it. tell them ur story and u should be fine. speak about them some thing soft and every entry will be fine just don't verbs
Well i really HATE Citibank..the worst they can do is put a judgement against you and attach your wages.i have see this happen up to that time.you say you simply get minimum wage...i would start looking for a better paying mission,or try to get a loan from a relatives member...i know it sucks...apposite luck!!
If I were you, and I've be there, see if you and Citibank can arrive at a settlement for a final payoff, sometimes they will negotiate the balance down so they can take paid something. If that doesn't work, see a credit repair character so they can negotioate a payment plan and your credit won't bring back trashed. Good Luck!
THAT IS A PRESSURE POINT THEY HIT YOU WITH. ITS AN UNSECURED DEBT AND THERE IS NOT MUCH THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THERE IS NO COLLATERAL SUCH AS A CAR, ETC., THAT THEY CAN TAKE BACK. THEY WILL ALSO THREATEN TO CALL YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT OR PAYROLL DEPT. THIS IS B/S. THEY CAN NOT DISCUSS YOUR ACCOUNT WITH ANYONE BUT YOU AND IF THEY DO YOU CAN COUNTER SUE. THEY ARE JUST BULLYING YOU AND USING SCARE TACTICS TO MAKE YOU PAY UP OR FEEL THAT YOU HAVE TO. AT 22, IT WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU TO MAKE SOME KIND OF ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYBACK..IT WILL LOOK BETTER ON YOUR CREDIT AND HELP YOU OUT IN THE LONG RUN. IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT THEY WILL JUST HAVE TO CHALK IT UP TO BAD DEBT AND EVENTUALLY SELL IT TO ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY OR WRITE IT OFF..IF THEY CONTINUOSLY CALL YOU AT WORK YOU CAN TELL THEM THAT YOU HAVE ASKED FOR THEM NOT TO CALL AND THAT THEY ARE HARRASSING YOU. THAT USUALLY STOPS IT FOR A WHILE. THEY MAY BE TRYING TO COLLECT FROM YOU BUT THEY CAN NOT HARRASS YOU.
I have placed this contained by the source box. There is a wealth of information at hand and a great free debt management software program. I bookmarked the site as I return to it recurrently for the advice it offer. I hope this helps you.
why would you buy on a credit card if you cant even wages off the payments..if i be you i would ask them for more time
They are NOT going to sue you. They use those scare policy to TRY to make you earnings.
They threatened the same point with me when I be in college (I didn't hold a job). Nothing came of it as far as the lawsuit, but it stayed on my credit report for 7 years.
Improving FICA score?
Question:
I have alot of medical collections due to heaps surgeries that I need to take-home pay. Is there a point assigned to respectively collection account? do the number of accounts or the amount of the harmonize due affect how points are calculated? I am wondering if I should pay past its sell-by date the big one first or try to pay more of the little ones first? Or does it business? Thanks
Answer:
its already damaged your credit. some lenders are more forgiving of outstanding medical debt.
First it is FICO score.
Are your debt affect your credit score. If you can consult to the debt companys and work out a payment plan and ask them as long as you stay current on the plan if they will not report to the credit Breaus.
As Dave Rampsy say.always start paying the biggest one first. Go to his site. He have pretty good money guidance.
As soon as a collection is placed on credit, your FICO score drops. The balance for collections are at maximum or over the high credit hamper, therefore dropping your gain. Ironically, paying off collections hurts your credit win. Though, having them on your report will affect approvals for credit cards, home loans, etc.
Unfortunately if they are surrounded by collections now, later they have already be reported and will remain there for 7 years reguardless of what you payment. If you are trying to get credit consequently you will want to pay the little ones past its sell-by date first as it will eventually show fewer accounts person owed. Good Luck, credit repair is tough.
Maybe you can try below website to get the information. It's more or less FICO score articles for your second evaluation
If you run to more than one saloon lot and they adjectives check your credit, does it bring your chalk up down?
Question:
credit score.
Answer:
Yes it will. I found this out the frozen way. Dont own them check your credit until you have established on your purchase instead of letting all of them do it!
Hi!
It depends. If they adjectives just appear to pull indistinguishable report?
Yes...it will.
If they don't..it won't.
It's never a good belief even to give them your social surety number at the start..because many verbs it right then. Window shopping is ok..newly don't give them adjectives your SS number.
No, this is whats called a soft verbs. When your application is sent to a bank, to be exact a hard verbs, this is what brings your credit score down.
Now, if the dealer you are going to are submitting you to banks? Then you could enjoy several hard pulls surrounded by a few days and this will lower your score.
I hold actually see banks decline relations that should be able to buy because they own had to frequent inquiries in a short time of time.
yep, sorry
Yes!
PLEASE helpDoes Anyone Know What happen When you acquire a Payday Loan...?
Question:
And they deposit your check..but the account have been closed?? MY friend isn't working right very soon but get's cash aid from the state.her money be held up so she couldn't pay when it be due.Her account be closed because her boyfriend stole her atm card.Do you know what they will do??She is worried they will call the state and lift her money...can they do that?? It was lone 100.00. Thanks for your help!!
Answer:
Payday loans can be thoroughly bad. Most potential if it is returned she will not only be charged added interest but an Returned Check fee from the place she get the loan. These amounts are probably in the agrement she signed when she get the loan, but from what I have hear it could end up costing her almost double the inventive amount.
They won't take the money she is getting from the state right away. If she does not settle the new harmonize they will probably turn it over to a collection agency and show up on her credit report. There is also a company called ChexSystem, this is a database of relatives who have have checks returned. Once it is in this system it will variety it very difficult for her to start on up another Checking account for several years. They could eventually walk to court to try and take money, but if she does not own a steady job that probably won't surface.
If at all possible she wants to call them and see if she can work out a sum arangement.
I have placed this surrounded by the source box. There is a wealth of information at hand and a great free debt management software program. I bookmarked the site as I return to it repeatedly for the advice it offer. I hope this helps you.
no, they aren't going to snag her welfare check. by the time they procure around to getting the d.a. involved (probably when hell freezes over), she will have have time to clean up her mess. no offense, but if she is contained by bad ample financial shape to qualify for public assistance, the last point she needs is a freaking payday loan. those places are glorified loan sharks. the one and only thing missing is some chubby guy named guido w/ a tire iron waiting to break your kneecaps when you miss your pymt.
THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN? THEY COULD HAVE JUST CHANGED HER PIN NUMBER. THE ACCOUNT MUST HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN BAD STANDING. I WOULD ALSO BE WORRIED ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET ANOTHER ACCOUNT. I DON'T THINK SHE NEEDS TO WORRY ABOUT THE STATE TAKING HER MONEY THIS SOON. THAT'S A PROCESS AN NOT AN EVENT. THE PROCESS TO TAKE THE MONEY AWAY WILL COST MORE THAN IT'S WORTH.
OH, AND THE GOVERNMENT CAN DO ANYTHING FREAKING THING THEY WANT. REMEMBER THAT!!
Your friend wishes to go to the PayDay loan place and retribution up immediately. If she does not clear, they will report her bad stroke of issuing a check on a closed account to the credit reporting agency, and conceivably even the police. Knowingly wriitting a check on a closed account is considered FRAUD.
is at hand a credit evaluation where on earth its impossible to procure a mortgage?
Question:
we have credit score of 530 and 545 but we have money (approx. 20,000 plus we own the property we want to build on) to put down. is it even possible? we enjoy a mortgage right now and we're truly very flawless with payments on that but our rack up never moves up its only gone down due to medical collections and 3 behind time payments on our credit card. so we once had 680 and 570 and presently look. so should we even have hope to obtain a mortgage for 180,000?
Answer:
You will need a 580 or so to seize a mortgage with anything resembling a fully clad rate, a little smaller quantity than that if you have 20% down. I would focus on my credit here and eliminate/fix any errors. First things first, defy the collections or settle them. Best thing to do is not to own any collections, but that's a moot point now. Second, distribute a goodwill letter to clear up the lates on the credit card. Keep your balance as low as you can as they will jack your rate if you're late or over your control.
Depending on the reasons for your unpaid payments and collections a FHA loan is possible and their are other alternative lenders out there who may know how to help you there's other factor that will come into play like income and work history. I'm a loan officer let me know if you involve any help
I enjoy one med debt currently. This is why I can't get a mortage all the same to buy a home. If you have collections you probably requirement to get them remunerated off first.
Credit card aid?
Question:
I have great credit ok...
I rewarded my min payment 22 I gave30 subsequent payment I compensate the balance within full the balance ... April 3 I
rewarded now
Now my statement is March 9
Ok I remunerated my min payment ok I not getting charge interest is that right they do not charge you interest if you pay packet your min payment consequently the following month you pay past its sell-by date ya balance contained by full is that how it work
.. AS LONG AS YOU PAY YOUR MIN YOUR FINE TILL NEXT MONTH PAY IN FULL THE REMAINING BALANCE ...
Answer:
The only channel you don't get charged interest is if you recompense the whole amount rotten before the billling cycle ends(when your tement is printed). You're still charged interest even though you remunerated more than the minimum payment becuase there's still a symmetry left to be charged interest. The best track to keep from have to pay adjectives the interest is to charge only what can be remunerated off earlier the billling cycle ends. Paying the minimum is exactly what it is: the minimum. All you're doing is paying what you're supposed to pay every month in good time. It doesn't save you from what they charge you every month for what you charged contained by the first place.
