I enjoy rewarded dept of within full?
Question:
does any one know if you pay a dept completely of if experia can clear it
Answer:
Speaking from experience have the same situation.
It will show up on experian as still a debt but a nought balance. If you want it to be completely taken rotten you have to contact the agency who you compensated the debt off next to and ask them to take it stale. They will try to say that they can't do it but really put your foot down and notify them you need to hold them take it bad and they will. Next time before you clear off a debt hold the collecting party agree to rob it off of your credit report since you pay them.
No, it'll stay on your credit report for roughly 7 years showing paid.
You will own to get on to Experian and detail them the debt is satisfied to own it removed from your credit record.
On experian it will say-so the number of installments expected so as you pay respectively month a payment is taken away and it will influence whether it was on the dot
But if it was a bleak debt it will say whether you received a failure to pay, or ccj and if you have afterwards paid it..it will show as SATISFIED
I assume you are conversation about a credit bureau. Yes, you can bring a letter notarized attesting to the full sum.
Send to the credit bureau, registered, and request they correct your record. If they do not, contact your state's attorney general's bureau.
you can contact experian and can put in a observe in your credit history to explain the debt (up to 200 words)- eg if you moved and not paying be an oversight (so future lenders will know youre not surrounded by the habit of not paying) This will minister to your credit rating.
If you show proof to experian that the debt is paid within full, your record will show that it is settled, but if you have a default registered on the debt (you would own got a non-attendance notice) it will stay on your record for six years from the date of the evasion being notify to experian.
It will stay on your credit report for 7 years, but once it's paid it should show as a closed tale. If it doesn't show as closed, send proof of the closure & a notification of dispute to Experian.
Yes it will stay on your report, but if you paid it past its sell-by date and kept up repayments you would want to keep it on here.
You will want future lenders to know what a well brought-up customer you are and you will get preferential rates.
you can enjoy it registered as settled, but it will remain on your history for six years from the day it be registered .
no, although you can ask the company you owed to money to, to ensure that experian know it has be cleared.
no it will show but if you got to your local court beside your receipts and reference number and a quid they will enter a smug note on your report
i will soon apply for ruin, what will come to pass?

Credit report?
Question:
i had a outstanding phone bill that have give me unpromising credit when i applied for a mortagage i have cleared it if full in a minute what wil i do next
Answer:
Contact the phone company or collection agency first and other ask them if they will remove the info from your report. If it was a collection after even if you pay it, your credit will be tatty. Instead of an open collection justification it will be satisfied. Most times unless the collectors are evil rabble, they will try to work with you and receive it taken off. Otherwise I believe it is a business of waiting. Your mortgage company may still extend you credit based upon the certainty that you satisfied the statement. Check with your mortgage company and hopefully you go and get the loan.
if you already paid the side the only article you can do now is keep on. it will just steal time to get your credit rack up back up.
contact experian and get hold of credit file smug..good luck
you should attain a copy of your credit report from exquifax and experian however it is very unlikely you can form a change to it unless nearby are mitigating circumstances - their websites explain it all.
Ummmm, try paying your bills in good time? Just throwing that out there...
You can contact who you owed the money to asking them to distribute you a statement stating settled in full.It worked for me so Good Luck
a.c is correct.
Just skulk. Your credit score will not instantly shift up, but eventually ti will.
Typically, I dont think a in arrears phone bill would ruin an otherwise good credit ranking. If thats the only meditate hurting your credit you should explain that to the broker and they will try to work with you .
why do free credit reports ask for credit cards when they are supposed to be free?
Question:
Answer:
Don't go to the sites that engineer you sign up for a service or put your credit card on file. Go to the sanctioned government website:
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/cred...
http://www.annualcreditreport.com/...
You do not enjoy to provide any credit card information unless you want to see your credit score. Credit reports are 100% free and you can get hold of 3 each year (one from TransUnion, one from Experian, and one from Equifax).
It's newly to verify your information, it shouldnt charge you
Depending on what state you live in, you may be capable of get a copy of your credit report free once a year from respectively of the big three credit reporting agencies.
1-To make money stale of a free service, the provider wants to sign you up for a premium credit monitoring service, so keep under surveillance it!
2- The credit rpt IS free, but your credit SCORE is not, so you MAY want to pay the small tax [$6.95 or so?] to get an thought what range your gain is in. NOTE: the generic rack up furnished the consumer is NOT the same ranking that would be furnished your bank, saloon dealer, charge card company, etc--due to factor that may differ between those requesting your score for a specific purpose.
By canon you are allowed to get a free credit report from respectively of the 3 credit agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) once a year. They will only charge you if you request your credit evaluation (and it is a small fee, going on for $6). The website to get this is annualcreditreport.com.
It is recommended that you grasp a report from a different agency every 4 months so you can continually monitor your credit all year long.
A lot of the other credit sites (such as freecreditreport.com) one and only give you credit reports if you subscribe to their "credit monitoring" service which will charge you a monthly tax.
Trust me on this one. They are not free. They sign you up for a membership. They enunciate they will bill your credit card $1 for verification purposes, and next all of the sudden you're getting monthly bills and credit reports. I have to call them and overthrow my "membership" that I never agreed to in the first place. After I call and canceled it a billion times my credit card company finally put a stop to it. You can find out your credit score when you purchase a cell phone, vehicle, etc. My advice is to run to your bank and find out.
You are going to the wrong site. Go to www.free annual credit report.com. They don't ask for a credit card and you can check adjectives three reports, Transunion. Experian and Eqifax. You just don't bring back a credit score. You can do this once a year.
You can simply get it free if you request it surrounded by writing through the mail. If you want to see your report right away online, next you will have to settle up, usually they will ask you to offer to repay with credit or debit cards.
What is uncorroborated Letter of credit and irrevocable Letter of credit?
Question:
V V urgent answer required pls help
Answer:
Irrevocable uncorroborated letter of credit: Bears grant undertaking of a single bank, the Issuing Bank. This type of missive of credit shields against buyer risk. It is also used when a letter of credit is a requirement of an exchange regime or introduction control regime in a country.
Irrevocable confirmed reminder of credit: Bears the further payment undertaking of another edge, usually the advising edge, called the Confirming Bank here since it add its confirmation to the letter of credit. In decoration to buyer risk, this type also protects against country risk. This may also be used if the issuing bank is of unknown or doubtful standing to the vendor.
well, irrevocable technique that it can't be taken back, or 'revoked'.
not backed up means i.e. hasn't been verified, possibly still being investigated.
As for how these words relate to a message of credit, I have no opinion...

Can my wifes unpaid medical bills affect my credit rack up, we own reciprocal checking accounts?
Question:
Answer:
No! Why would her medical collections show up on your credit report? I am not sure where the ethnic group above obtained their information, but unless the bills are sent to you and her as a integrated bill (is your name or ssn on the bill?) consequently it will only show on her credit reports. If the collections for some grounds show up on your credit report you should dispute them through all 3 credit reporting agencies (trans association, experian and equifax).
Also, having a reciprocal checking account does not association your credit with someone elses credit.
Absolutely!
They not merely can, but they will. What have you done to procure agreement on paying them off or are you of late turning your back?
Your best risk is to come to a payment plan if you are going to gross a major purchase approaching a home or car. If not, prepare to discharge substantially more in interest
Unpaid credit?
Question:
if you left the country 5 years ago short paying off your credit card, how long until that time your debt is being erased??
Answer:
It would depend on which country. In the US, it would depend on which state. The statute of limitations rise and fall by state. A bankruptcy will stay on the credit report for 10 years and collections for 7 years, but respectively state has a different length of time that the creditor can sue you. If the creditor took you to court and you did not appear, the item will stay on your report for 7 years since the judgement.
receive a copy of your credit report and it takes 7 years after u enjoy paid your bills surrounded by full..
Home equity loan to wage past its sell-by date credit cards?
Question:
Hi all, my home is 100% rewarded for, it's value is approx 160,000I owe approx 30,000 surrounded by CC debt, I am paying around 1000 monthly to these CC's, would it be good to borrow the money and pay cheque off the CC's and hold one lower payment?I enjoy always hear not to do this, but the balances arent going down much on the CC's and i want to catch out of CC debt.I have already cut the cards up and from presently on if I cant pay bread I dont get it----thanks min advance--will
Answer:
Check the interest on your credit cards, if it is much difficult than what you can get on HELLOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) next do it. Of course you have to be responsible and try to reward that line stale as soon as possible. I do not subscribe to the idea that unsecured debt is that much better than secured. First of adjectives if you stop paying the creditors, they can still ruin your credit and obtain a ruling against you and based on that acumen still go after your house.
If you borrow against your house, the interest may be tariff deductible, and the rate is almost guaranteed to be lower. You could probably get a string of credit with a rate as low as Prime - 1%, which is pretty virtuous.
Anyway, this is my opinion, you own debt and at this point you need to kind sure that the terms of debt are the easiest, so you can payment it off sooner. Borrowing against your house should grasp you those terms. BTW, nearby are two types of Home Equity Debts:
Home Equity Line Of Credit -- variable rate, but you discharge interest only on what you owe right immediately;
Home Equity Loan -- you borrow the amount you need rate is fixed for the energy of the loan and usually amortized over about 5-7 years. In your satchel Home Equity loan may even be better option, since it forces you into repayment.
Make sure you find a sandbank that will give you any of those two things with no closing costs.
Good luck.
I would consult a professional on this one. It's great that you cut up the cards, but what you involve is really debt consolidation, and perhaps some counseling to find out why you get yourself so far into debt in the first place. It's effortless to do, but you need to make over your pattern and a short time ago cutting up cards is not satisfactory. It is VERY risky to use your home as equity, especially when you had a problem near spending prior to this point. Consult a professional for debt consolidation.
Credit card debt is unsecured debt meaning if you dont compensate them they cant take your house, but if you pocket out the HELOC, which is called secured debt and cant get the payments for some reason afterwards they can take your house. try transferring the balance to lower interest rate credit cards. or call the credit card company and threaten to verbs your money to another credit card company if they dont lower your rates. I would advise against taking out the HELOC
NO NO NO NO!
Pay the credit cards down by attacking the smallest one first and making minimum payments on the others.
Everyone will speak about you how great it is to consolidate your debts. What they won't tell you is that probably 75% or more run right back into debt after they see those nought balances on the C.C.'s
Buckle down, flog some things, and maybe even catch a part time assignment on the side. You will be amazed at how fast you will burn through that debt if you progress your lifestyle a little bit. Just murder those small ones first and attack the larger ones. Kudos on owning your house, don't take a loan out on something you enjoy worked so hard to discharge off.
Good luck, I know you can do it!
Personal Opinion: I am surrounded by the same situation, except my house is not entirely salaried for. What I was told by a financial councelor be to get a personal loan to cover my illustrious interest CC debt. Hopefully, the personal will have a lower interest rate. So, contained by a sense, I combine my total CC debt into One lump sum, and pay it vertebrae at a lower interest rate, plus I have a smaller payout respectively month. Which can be altered to pay sour the debt faster.
One factor about the Home Equity Loan is that, if you fall through to pay it bad, you risk losing your home. Its possible to lose a 160,000 dollar home on a 30,000 dollar equity loan because the bank want's it money put money on, and your home is the collateral. But, a Home equity loan is the easiest easy to catch since you have your house rewarded off.
The biggest factor contained by paying off adjectives your cc debt at one time is you erase your credit history. This being the Second item looked at when calculating your adjectives important Credit Score. If you hold no history, you end up near a very low Credit Score, which costs you money contained by the end. Its best to discharge off everything except one card. So you keep hold of that history going.
P.S.: Number One, when calculating your Credit Score, is Derogatory statments you make to bill collectors, and number three is have more than 33% of your total debt on one particular card. both will lower your rack up dramatically.
Hope this info helps. Cheers!
Most home equity rates are lower than credit card rates. You would probably collect money with a lower rate. There are some restrictions as to how much equity you can take out of your house. Talk to a reputable mortgage broker or hill to find our more about your skin. Every situation is different.
Well here is an example for you: If you borrow $30,000 at 10% interest rate (small loan amounts have a highly developed rate, but I am guessing even higher because I don't know what state you live contained by, so chances are you would obtain a lower rate) on a 15 year loan. Your debt would be paid stale for sure in 15 years and your monthly bill would be $160.51
(double your payoff and it will be paid stale completely in 7.5 years)
I am a loan officer, and traffic with plentifully of small loans like this, mostly for home improvements, so you can trust my numbers. So the cross-examine really goes vertebrae to you... is that something you would like to do?
Consolidate it beside the below company. Just make sure you won't max out your cards again
Using a home equity loan to pay cheque off debt is risky because you are trading unsecured debt (credit cards) for secured debt. If you stop making payments on your credit cards, you won't lose your house. But if you stop making payments on your home equity loan, you could lose your home.
