it is called phishing email and is impossible news designed for someone to fraudulently access your paypal account - if you click on the intermingle in the email it will front you somewhere other than the concrete paypal, allowing the evildoers to get your password.etc. Never respond to phisher emails. Ppl also dispatch them saying they are from Ebay and other places so be drastically careful. Paypal and Ebay other put your full name on anything they email to you.
