I got an item on eBay and considered necessary to pay for it. When I confirmed my recompense and logged in PayPal, the following message appeared:
Your credit card, closing moments in XXXX, cannot be processed. Please select a different funding pick or add a fresh credit card to complete checkout.
What should I do? I must say that my PayPal tale is not activated, but I'm sure that's not a problem, since previously I could buy anything I considered necessary without problem.
