Should i dispute on my credit report?

Its a mortgage for $489,000. But it says Paid,Closed/Current, be past due 90 days. What will aid more the paid status for that amount or will the Past due 90 days hurt more? It say reported since 06/2007

Is it a Federal or State Crime .?

Answers:   Definately, if it's not your mortage, dispute it. Otherwise, you may find it harder to get rid of it next.

OK, IF IT IS YOUR MORTGAGE AND IT'S PAID, THEN THE PAST DUE IS NOT NEGATIVE. PAYING IT OFF, TRUMPS THE "PAST DUE".

What many general public do not know is that today having well-mannered credit is essential to finding a new work.

Your Paid Off mortage shows that you have be responsible, unlike so many others today, not paying bad their mortgages, letting them lapse, ect.

Employers are using credit reports as a means of picking more responsible workers, and weed out those who are pro-risks, due to poor financial management.

Should I acquire this loan?

Leave it along, Paid, Closed, Current is much better than 90 days long-gone due. That's a no brainer.
