The company basically said that they would negotiate the amount i owe to the company down and i would with the sole purpose have to wage $400 something dollars a month. They would tell the hill that I would pay up contained by a lump sum and after about a year, i would vitally pay the amount that I owed to the wall (since i had save up that money).
The agency was call State Farms Financial http://www.statefarmsfinancial.org/
and I'm wondering a.) if anybody used them and got assist and b.) if this is a fraud?
