Well I called today to trigger my Chase credit card and was told i have to be transferred to their fraud department...strange.
So after validating my identity near my DOB etc, he asks me two really strange multiple choice questions.
The first question asked when I bought the property at ____ (some place I never heard of). And the second be who do I most closely associate with, and he name 3 people I don't know.
Both question had the second choice of, I didn't buy the property (for the first one) and I don't know any of these people (for the second one).
What the heck be that about? That is really really strange and totally threw me rotten. Did anyone else experience this because that seems really sketchy to me.
Answers: in good health it's only strange if you didn't draw from the questions right. They used to hold security question such as those when I ordered credit reports online but they always applied to my story. I'm guessing as an added security weigh they only asked question that didn't apply to you since only you would know they be false. For instance, if I was pretending to be you, I would enjoy picked a random identify or answer figuring i'd get hold of one right.
Its actually pretty clever.

All you call for to do is answer the questions honestly, for example: for the second interview, if you didn't know any of the three, then your answer will be "I don't know any of these people".
