Hello, I have a press in regard to supplementary card being on a credit report. I enjoy gotten a credit card long ago and later applied for a supplementary card for my son's use. Recently, he produced his credit report and found that this story is listed on his report.
Will my overall credit rating of this details affect his? To my understanding supplementary card holder holds no financial responsibilities or liability.
Answers: you should go to http://wiz.sc/credit-report . i be having plentifully of problems with my credit report but this company help me out and surprisingly they did it all FREE.
It shouldn't hold a bearing on his credit history if he is ONLY an authorized signer. The credit report will indicate that. If he is a pooled owner, then yes, the card will affect his credit history.
Make sure too, if you are John James Smith and he is John James Smith II, that your credit reports are not getting mixed up.
