ok i use skype but its free as i dont beckon landlines just population on skype
anyways i didnt give them any of my credit information
but looking at online bank it said skype randomely took lb115 out of my account from paypal
consequently a few days later they refund the money to skype
but becaue paypal take a verbs fee they solely gave me lb88 wager on to my credit card account
who shld i complain to this just about skype or paypal?
