My complete and crazy X-sister-in-law, gave her credit card company my phone number. They are calling my house looking for her to compensate her bill. Actually they thought I was her, they be calling her residence...um not hers..mine. Shes NEVER lived here Not at all..ever.. Isn't that surrounded by violation of something? Like giving falsifing information?? What can I do and who do I contact? (Shes an X sisterinlaw by 4 years and I enjoy not had much contact next to her since.) What do I do...What do I do. I want to report her to something.. Please Help

The best item to do is let the credit card company know it's not her home and if they can't track her down or she does not pay cheque her bill they will put her in collections or embezzle her to court. If that is not smugness enough after you can try to find new information (especially living info) to give the credit card company.

Realistically you should just push for the creditor that she doesn't live at the number and give them her current number as payback for her have supplied your number.
If they persist within calling get their information and dispatch them a letter demanding they abstain from.
