What companies are suitable protected places to capture a personal loan inside a couple of days?

I need a 2.5-3k loan and i want it with 10days, i wanna stir through a place that is safe and sound and wont screw me over. Any ideas?

Are debt collectors, by tenet, supposed to report you that they are calling from a collection agency?
