When they first set up my OB package surrounded by 09/07 they set up a paymnt plan so that I would have it rewarded off by 03/08. I agreed to it and signed stale on it.
As I was set to variety my final payment of $91 finishing month they informed me that I still owed $437. I contested it and brought in my copy of the agreement on my subsequent visit. They admit to having commited an error but said I still owed $321.
My husband go ahead and payed the amout and the account be settled as PAID IN FULL.
Yesterday I received a bill from the for $427!
Is there anything I can do roughly this or can they continue to charge me anything they want?
They have given me breakdowns of what I own been charged for and what insurance compensated for but that's why a package be established months ago!
It seems pointless to spend $ on an attorney over this which will cost more than the bill.
Is within ANYTHING i can do? I don't even know where to start!

LIkely that amount you paid, someone any credited it to the wrong account, or overlooked it, and give you the wrong amount again.
Once again, you'll have to bring fund YOUR paperwork to the office, and ask to address to the office overseer. Be sure to mention that if it keeps going on, you're going to expect a further discount off the fees for your inconvenience, and a repayment issued for the discount amount on the spot.
What may have happen is that your insurance did not pay what the agreement originally assumed. Call them and ask what it will give somebody a lift to shut them up...cough up the money and let it turn
