Iv just get ensured near Quinn direct in Ireland online! i give my direct debit details and picked today as a start date, however i have to convey them my deposit by cheque as i have no credit card!
Am i in truth insured now or do i hold to wait until the cheque is received! I enjoy a policy ref number but there is no mention of a policy number!

Answers: As a general rule most insurance policies require the donation of the premium (or at least a deposit) within order to become decisive. I would suggest your insurance will not be effective until they receive your settlement. If you need the Policy Doc. you will hold to wait for after to send it (they MIGHT dawdle for your cheque to clear .. however since they have your DD details, I doubt it).
