I am low income, no health insurance and have need of a large mass removed from my thyroid. Will a doctor require a deposit beforehand surgery? Will they deny me surgery if the suspect I can't pay? If I can't pay packet will I face financial tragedy? It seem unfair to be punished because you can't afford condition insurance. I have a disabled child at home and couldn't work if I required to. Any advise?

You call for to fix the low income problem, somehow. Even with the disabled child. You'll stipulation to ask for state support services for that child.
Regarding the surgery - you can get an agreed price at the outset, for this surgery, both from the doctor and the hospital. Then you can walk on a payment plan.
You're not anyone "punished" for not having condition insurance. This is a natural consequence of gone down, and not finding a way to work at home (like running a daycare!). It's not punishment.
Call local hospitals and ask to speak to their nouns departments. They should be able to make a contribution you a cost estimate based on your specific circumstances and will promising have suggestions for you.
BTW, own you checked into your eligibility for your state’s healthcare program?
My sister just have surgery to remove a mass and didn't have insurance. She spoke next to the surgeon about it and when she received his bill, he lone charged her $230.00. The hospital charged her full price for her stay there and the facility for the surgery so she have applied for assistance. Every hospital will allow you to apply for assistance. As long as you are honest and prove that you cannot afford it, they will either forgive the debt or lower the amount due and put you on a clearing plan. The most important article you must remember is good communication near the billing departments. Best of luck. You need to and win Medical card from the Health Dept.Since you are disabled and can Not work they should be able to pass it to you.Good Luck and I hope all go well when you hold your surgery.
