What is the compensation? Is it salary plus comission or commission solely? How long is the program?

The commission is HIGH but if someone cancel they deduct it from your subsequent paycheck!
Your 1st paycheck is likely to be a month AFTER you start!

They have continued sending me a bill - adage alot of my policies have since cancelled & they want my long-gone paychecks BACK!
Straight commission, and you have to conscript the salespeople under you, to deal with. You basically enjoy to make your own commission here.
