If a pedestrian is struck by a car that is to say backing out of the driveway and sustains non-life-threatening injuries (sprained elbow and a broken bone) what can he/she sue for? (Assuming inurance is already paying the medical bills?)
Answers: Medical bills, lost wages, dull pain and suffering, services they have to hire because they can't accomplish them at home. There's no limit, really. It's anything a judge/jury would feel similar to awarding.
Pain and suffering for one. Lost wages if the injury prevented them from doing their job.
