I switched motor insurance policies from Liberty Mutual to State Farm Insurance. i a moment ago stopped paying my?

Liberty Mutual Insurance after I was properly covered by State Farm. I just received a bill from Liberty Mutual charging me 70 dollars for the time between my ending payment and their "administrator cancellation date" of my policy. is this fair-minded that they are able to charge me for this? if i show proof i be covered during the period they are charging me for by someone else, do you surmise i can get out of this?

Answers:    You entail to phone your state farm agent and hold them fax over the proof of INS to Liberty Mutal and they will back date the dissolution to the date that you started with state plant. But if you a partial month of ins with them you'll be liable for a element of that month.

Best of luck to you.
hold your state farm agent fax sovereignty mutual a signed cancellation by you and a copy of their dec page showing when your coverage next to them took effect. liberty mutual HAS to withdraw back to the date you picked up other coverage as its unlawful to have 2 policies covering alike autos at the same time. shouldn't be a problem at adjectives. If you bought a new cell phone and never cancelled your outmoded one, you'd still owe on the old one. Likewise, everyone (almost) know that you need to CANCEL a policy if you don't want it anymore.
Have your State Farm agent review the date & help you in attendance.
When you cancel a policy you catch short-rated...it's kinda unfair - but we adjectives do it
