My hints. Take your practice tests, and category them. KNow not only why the right one is right, but why the wrong ones are wrong. That's the BIGGEST entry - the subtle nuances. MANY question have sort of right answers - so first stamp out the most wrong answer, then pick the best of the remaining, by looking at the subtle nuance.
Example:
1. Under a Fidelity Bond, which of the following parties receive protection?
A subcontractor.
An employee.
An employer.
A creditor.
Well, a FIDELITY bond is honesty. It's a crime coverage. So the subcontractor is wrong, and the creditor is wrong. Now you own to pick, is it the employee or the employer? Well, who get the MONEY if the crime is committed? The employer.
So the Employer is the correct answer. Subcontractors aren't covered; creditors can't file a claim on it, and force can't get rewarded from it.
And you have to do that near EVERY SINGLE QUESTION.
