How can i fashion money selling insurance when my boss is making more sour of me ?

Answers:    insurance agents are paid a commission, usually the commission is divided up between the agency/office and the actual selling agent. If you work for a substantial company like New York Life you would receive a lower commission than you would if you be an independent agent. The lower commission helps retribution for all the benefits you receive as an agent for a life-size company.
it is called income, ya know you build up a client chronicle. And you collect from each one a percentage basically like your boss. Sell more insurance. What you trademark, and what your boss makes, are two different things. Presumably, you label 50% of the commission for what you sell. How do you craft money? Sell more.
In any line of work, if you're boss doesn't bring in money off of what you do, it's any called "fired" or "self-employed".

Good luck
You could also start a home business and earn extra excise discounts while earning extramural commission! It's something to think around if you want to make more money.
