i live in ohio. my mom does not hold enough money to money for a lawyer but go insurance and my dads work is dicking around with the vivacity insurance and social security is also dicking around paying survivors benefits. please backing!
Answers: You complain in writing, something like the life insurance, to your state insurance department. Your dad's employer have NO SAY in the time insurance. When it DOES get rewarded, if there's no beneficiary listed, it will step to his ESTATE, so you and your mom won't get it anyway, until after the estate is probated and settled.
Social payment is a government program. If you're a minor, here are survivor benefits due, but it usually takes six months - or longer - for them to start. Widows don't "inherit" social wellbeing benefits before they are of retirement age, though, so I'm not sure what benefits you're complaining just about.
And if you love the way social indemnity is treating you, just dream up about that when ethnic group start talking roughly speaking "goverment health care".
You entail a lawyer, i recommend getting a loan from any local guard That's life. You own to struggle to get by. Get used to it immediately.
Call the better business bureau - they could at least point her surrounded by the right direction for someone to talk to. Go over their head and call the governor or state Representative. my husband is contained by prison and the VA was messing beside my benefits cut them in partly . I almost lost my house last time took over two years. they tried it again this time I get the governor and a state Representative to help me. I get my benefits in two weeks plus a put on a pedestal because of my bills.
You'll need to be somewhat more specific than vague statements of "dicking around." Obviously, there's more to the situation. If mom have a copy of the policy and the death card, that should be all she desires to collect on the policy as long as she is the beneficiary. It should take no longer than 30 days to receive the check. Call the shipper and speak to the Claims Dept. Keep asking for a supervisor if she is having a problem. The employer should not hold anything to do with it.
