Answers: If you know what company issued them, contact the company directly. If you are the owner of the policy, you can have them re-issued. If you do not know who issued the policy, you will enjoy to try and find any kind of financial history of payment by the owner (checkbook, guard statement, will, trust) or other friends or family member who might be knowledgable to locate the company and request a reissue.

If you give them satisfactory personal data, they should be capable of find your record and reissue the policy.
