I was surrounded by a car wreck a few months ago that broke (smashed) my legs. Now I enjoy crazy medical bills for 2 hospital stays and surgies. My bills are probably going to reach 100,000 dollars. The other motor had ins and I own car ins, but its just 55,000 dollars worth. What can I do make sure adjectives my medical bills get cover by the other human being car ins. It be her fault plus she be on meth at the time of the wreck. Please help within much need of aid, the wreck has disappeared me in a wheelchair so I'm not competent to work, so I don't have money to wages the left over set off. I don't want this to ruin my credit.

Answers:    Do you have condition insurance? Your health insurance should pick up where on earth your auto insurance left bad for medical bills. If the other driver had minimum ends of liability which it sounds like she could own had, do you hold underinsured motorist coverage? If so and your limit be higher than hers, you could possibly run there for coverage. You will hold to speak to your adjuster for this.
The other person's car insurance will solitary cover UP TO her policy limits, it will NOT cover anything superior than that so if her limits are exhausted, within is nothing you can do. If she have no assets & no prospects for assets, you can get a judgement against her but suitable luck in collecting.
All I can say-so is hopefully you have dutiful health insurance.
This is one of the oodles reasons relatives need to purchase the maximum liability available next to matching uninsured and UNDERinsured motorists coverage. Also the absolute medical payments (or PIP) available. Even sometimes that is not ample but it sure can be helpful within a serious accident similar to yours.
Good luck to you & I wish you a speedy taking back.
You will need to sue for damages. You should contact an attorney. If you own uninsured motorist coverage, you may be able to collect from your insurance shipper. You're never going to get more money from her insurance company, than the policy bound. This is why YOU should have carried underinsured motorist coverage. It's available within ALL STATES. So you file lower than your OWN policy.

If you didn't have it, afterwards YOU are underinsured. That's not HER fault!

Sure, you can try to sue her, but you're not potential to get anything.

You can also see if your form insurance will pick up the excess.
