Wasn't there a decree going into effect that says adjectives employers hold to offer their team health insurance? The company I work for merely offers condition care to full time workforce, and the company had over 30 stores next to about 4-5 force each, plus another 20 or so at Corporate. Do they enjoy to offer ALL force insurance or can they get away next to just full time?

Answers: The law go into effect July 1, 2007. It states all MA residents must own health insurance and that adjectives employers must provide insurance to their full time force. If you were turned down by Mass Health and your employer doesn't provide it you'll enjoy to get your own or facade a penalty. The cost is 50% of the cost of a health plan for every month you are in need insurance.
