my son has autism i dispatch him to an aba based arts school in texas,his tuition is 1500.00 a month surrounded by texas they passed hb1919 to get insurance to cover most services you discharge out of pocket,but how do i get started anyone going through equal thing?please relieve my boy is 5 getting close to deadline.

Answers: If it's HB, it's not ruling yet. Are YOU surrounded by Texas? If not, then TX imperative doesn't apply to YOUR health insurance policy. If it become law, you submit the claim, and if it get denied, appeal it, and if it gets denied again, submit the documentation and the correspondence to the state insurance commissioner.
you may hold to take them to court, after after words, you may have to find another insurance company :) Vote Liberal! No other step reliably work if the courts work for big business!
Call the local Autism department or go to autism.com and ask the ask, if you have private insurance contact them for a form and they will instruct you, copy adjectives your receipts and get the paperwork surrounded by asap.

Your insurance will not cover tuition... Only strength related expenses. Custodial care, room & board, etc aren't usually covered. I hold read, however, the school district you live contained by should assist with tuition due to them not man able to provide a out of danger, & effective erudition enviornment.
