Does anyone know any well brought-up mobile phone insurance companies within the UK?

I was offered a mobile phone insurance agreement by Carphone warehouse, but at learly lb10 a month, it seemed a bit excessive. Does anyone know reputable companies offering wearing clothes mobile phone insurance at a reasonable rate?
